“Really pleased with hotel”
The hotel is clean with friendly, helpful staff and modern furnishings. Not quite as central as we thought but not too far from the centre of Oslo. Free hot drinks and apples in the lobby was a bonus, alongside the well-stocked complementary breakfast.
“Very average!”
We were in Oslo for a couple of nights and basically wanted a clean and tidy hotel in a good neighbourhood. To an extent this was ok but a few things did annoy us and one thing in particular was slightly bizarre. The hotel is in a decent nieghbourhood and is about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. There is good street parking, if required but beware there is a local nightclub open late weekends which is noisey until about 4am. One thing that did annoy us was broken things in the room like light fittings, soap dispensers, power points and the shower which took about 2 hours to drain which is part of a wet room, i.e. shower and toilet in small room. Also, you might want to note that the wet room has windows rather than walls therefore whoever is having a shower or on the toilet has a view of the room and viceversa. This may be perfectly fine for some but I prefer to use the toilet in private! We found the reception desk staff very uninterested in helping in general and when we asked if someone could look at our shower, we were told it'd be a couple of days! Overall, pretty disappointed but the breakfasts were very good.

Overall, i was not impressed with the hotel amenities and reception service.
“Veldig fint hotell”
Hotellet fremstår veldig positivt, hyggelig ansatte og meget bra bellighenhet. Eneste minus for meg var at madrassen var noe hard. :) Jeg kommer tilbake!
“Hotel in ottima posizione e non lontano dal centro.”
Hotel facilmente raggiungibile e abbastanza vicino al centro della città. La fermata del tram è a pochi metri ed è veramente molto comoda. Albergo pulito e personale accogliente e disposto a fornire informazioni. Qualche problemino nel bagno per avere l'acqua calda, ma nel complesso un albergo da consigliare. Ottima la colazione.
“Le meilleur rapport qualite / prix”
Hotel tres bien situe et sans chi-chi mais lit ultra confortable, proprete impeccable, TV ecran plat+seche cheveux+fer a repasser dans la chambre. Boissons chaudes+fruits+PC avec internet a disposition dans le hall et GRATUIT. Petit dej. sous forme de buffet a volonte possible jusqu'a midi les week-end.
“bien situé, rue super commerçante, à 20 m du tramway”
hotel moderne, chambres petites mais raisonnablement, accueil et service OK, bons petits déjeuners 2 lignes de tram devant l'hotel (11 et 19) et arrêt des bus city sight seeing tours à 30 mètres (devant le 21 de la rue) pc en libre service à la réception + thé + pommes ! sympa !
“Sehr gute Lage”
Das Hotel liegt an einer Einkaufsstrasse in einem schönen Viertel von Oslo. Leider war das Personal dieses Mal nicht sehr freundlich und auch nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Hatte Nichtraucher gebucht, bekam aber ein Raucherzimmer ohne Entschuldigung. Musste 2x Nächte in diesem Zimmer übernachten und täglich an der Rezeption nach einem Nichtraucherzimmer fragen. Kein Dienstleistungsgedanke hier erkennbar. Das ist schade.
“Mit Abstrichen ok”
Das Hotel liegt günstig an Straßenbahn und U-Bahn. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber ok und sauber. In der Lobby steht ein PC mit kostenlosem Internetzugang. Das Fernsehen hat kein deutsches Programm nur kostenpflichtige Spielfilme für 9,90 Euro. Das Frühstück ist völlig ausreichend für den Preis. Die Schlafqualität hängt eindeutig von den Zimmernachbarn ab. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hört von dort alles. Auf jeden Fall Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, denn an der Rezeption gibt es keine.
