"Everything was clean and tidy. Walkable to Union Station and Rogers Centre. It was a bit confusing to find the door closest to the reception area for checking in... rather than haul luggage down some stairs and thru the eating/drinking area."

"The hotel was close to every essential needs, may it be pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, toronto eaton centre, etc we had a good time, staff was pleasant, the parking was secure but a little expensive just to be in an underground spot. Everything was clean, including the gym, jacuzzi and sauna. I noticed security staffs were patrolling the premises regularly so thats a plus."

"Hotel is beautiful and clean. Felt safe in the hotel, you have to walk by the front desk to access elevators and after 11pm the front doors lock, so the only people who have access to the building are the customers staying there. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
