“Best In Durham Region”

Nice clean hotel, courteous staff. Breakfast buffet wasn't bad either. Close to 401. A little pricey but you won't find better in Durham.

“We'll definately stay here on our next trip to Ajax!”

We were very pleased with our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Breakfast was especially enjoyable.

Area recommendations

Ajax has a lovely lakeside park. It is also a short distance from Toronto where we visited the CD tower, took a boat ride on the lake during an air show, explored a castle and dined in a mansion.

“would stay again!”

We were staying for my sister's wedding. It is a beautiful hotel. One thing stands out during my stay was that after getting my hair and makeup done, I came back with my husband to have lunch as we had some time left. I went down to the restaurant and ordered sandwiches and soup and the waitress said she would deliver them to our room once they were ready even though room service didn't start until 5pm. It was nice to relax in my room with our lunch instead of having to sit in a restaurant with my hair and makeup all done up before the wedding. Thank you for that!!! Also enjoyed the separate rooms, my husband could watch tv in the living room while I slept the night before without disturbing me. Very nice hotel and would definetly return!!

“good location en route to montreal”

Very clean, well-run hotel. Breakfast was quite good but a little pricey. Perfect for stop on the drive from Detroit to Montreal

“" Very Impressed."”

The hotel was spotless. Unfortunetly for us we got there around 12:30 PM Sunday and the dinning room was closing, it also closes on weekday mornings around 10ish. So we didn't get to sample the food. The staff howerver were very helpful and gave us a list of restaurants close by. They were curteous and friendly.The rates are reasonable for the quality and service. I would recommend this hotel especially for business. They have at least 2 conference rooms that I could see, free use of the computer room etc. The pool was great! A wonderful experience!!!!

Area recommendations

The lakeshore is beautiful and a wonderful walking area. There is the Smart Center for lots of shopping . Big shopping malls in Pickering ( the next village.) very close by.

“Good hotel for Ajax area”

Great hotel for business stop in the Ajax area. Service was good hotel clean. All you expect from a Hilton. Breakfast was not that good for the price especially with the staff just ignoring you.
