“updates being done”

We stayed in the "older" section of the hotel and they are finally starting to do some updates which are much needed. Towels were very thin and worn. Refrigerator rattled.

“Small town hotel”

We travel here about every summer for family business and spend the night at the Super 8. This time we were placed in the older section. The room had been remodeled in the recent past. It was clean, the staff has always been accomodating and concerned about our comfort.

“Worst hotel in Iowa”

Rooms are very dated. I asked for a non-smoking room and it smelled of smoke. Bedspreads were questionably clean. Could not end up sleeping in the bed, I had to sleep in the room chair. My biggest complaint was that I booked 3 rooms through Expedia and the hotel clerk billed my credit card again for the rooms. After 7 days I still have not received a credit on my credit card. Very poor help from the manager in getting this corrected.

“Ideally Located”

The motel is right on the 34 and convenient to everything Creston. Everything was really fine... except... I got a smoking room which the motel staff couldn't fix due to solid bookings. Also, the chair in the room had a broken arm. Other than that, everything was just fine, and certainly a value for the cost. I needed the use of an iron and ironing board, and the motel staff arrainged it instantly. There is a restaurant adjacent to the motel which has good breakfast for cheap. Also, there is a 24hr Wal Mart behind the motel, which I found to be very convenient. I would stay here again.

“Creston, IA trip”

Front desk was very helpful and gracious. We needed wheelchair consideration / access and it was the hotel personnel who brought this to our attention and corrected the situation. However, we needed some extra supplies from housekeeping and that took forever. All in all, it was an enjoyable trip.
