Very close to Shin Osaka train station for access to other parts of the city and bullet train. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Not a lot to do in immediate area though.

This place needs a reno.
I've been staying at this hotel since 2011, this is probably my 5th time there. It basically was my first hotel stay in Japan. I've had the opportunity to stay at newer/moderate hotels this trip, and in comparing the prices, this hotel, needs to get updated. It hasn't changed since 2011. Even the food service is almost similar with some minor changes. For some its a great thing that it hasnt changed, but when you compare the pricing against newer hotels, you'll understand. I can hope this hotel does update itself in terms of bedding/rooms to stay more competitive. I won't say it was a bad stay at all, its just lacking now.

Staff are professional, helpful, efficient, friendly, can't complain. Breakfast is also not bad. Location of the hotel is good especially we are using Shinkansen a lot. The hotel is quite basic, really is just a room for the night.

A little complicated to access with rolling luggage (the raised walkway is only stairs so you have to go around - not super far but definitely less convenient). Clean hotel with friendly staff, firm beds, and a great Japanese style breakfast. We were looking for somewhere close and convenient to the station and this worked out just fine for us.

Pleasant enough businessman’s hotel BUT although it’s only a 3 minute walk from the East exit of the terminal it took forever to find because THEY CHANGED THE NAME!!! Be sure you have a picture of the front door facade.

Very close to station. Stuffs were friendly. Breakfast was good Japanese style. If you have JR pass it’s very convenient close to rail road. The hotel room was little small for four people, but if you are sleeping only at night, it was good accommodation

The hotel is closed to transportation as well as convenient stores. It is great that breakfast is included in the booking, and offer guests a takeaway breakfast in case of early check-out. A small recommendation is to change a hard toothbrush to soft one. Overall is great, and definitely to visit back.

The location is great. Only a 5 minute walk to Shin-Osaka station from where you can travel in all directions. Staff were friendly and polite in the usual Japanese way. The Japanese-style breakfast was really good as well. Arrived well after midnight but had no problem to check-in. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Location is NOT 10 mins away from ITM. It's was a 25 taxi ride, over $50! Pl ase update website to accurately state distance. The staff was excellent, to was nice. However it did have a stale cigarette smell.

I usually do not like to give negative feedbacks, but I have to say this hotel was one of the worst hotels, if not the worst, where I stayed in Japan. First, I booked a non-smoking room since I am highly allergic to smoke. However, the "non-smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. I addressed the issue to the front desk, and they brought an air-purifier. It helped a little, but I ended up coughing all night. Also, when I got together with a friend and tried to go up to my room, we were bluntly stopped by a staff member. She was very stern, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Granted it does say only the guest is allowed in the room, there was no reason for her to yell at us. In fact, everyone in the lobby heard her scream at us, and it was embarrassing to be treated like a criminal. Other staff members were polite and pleasant, but one rude one definitely spoiled my impression of the hotel. So, I suffered from smoke in the room and abuse from a staff. If I go back to Osaka in the future, this hotel will not be my selection.

Overall I had a good stay in this hotel. The staff members are friendly and speak adequate English. When I arrived at the hotel to check in, I was charmed by how the hotel looks like a friendly home with gardens on both sides of the entrance. The triple room was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was a few minutes walk from the Shin-Osaka station (East Exit) which had an elevator, so it was easy to move with our luggage. The western breakfast was simple but nice (have to pay around 800 yen more for Japanese breakfast which has fish and egg). They have free-flow rice, soups, bread, and drinks for you to take whichever breakfast meals you choose.
