General

Rising 21 stories above a private, underground railway, this white-stone hotel is connected via underground walkway to Kintetsu, a 12-story department store. It also holds an upscale clothing boutique of its own, plus a sundries/gift store and 5 restaurants located throughout. The hotel's lower levels include a barbershop, beauty salon, and the traditional services required for hosting an on-site wedding: a photo studio, florist, and formal-wear rental shop.

For surcharges, guests can use the fitness facilities, Japanese hot bath, sauna, and six-lane lap pool of the independently owned and operated health club.

Business services: Basic business services such as copying, faxing, and printing are all performed at the front desk (surcharges apply). There is a 24-hour business center and computer rentals. Simultaneous interpreting facilities, closed-circuit TVs, and videoconferencing equipment are also available for surcharges.

Conference/function rooms: Banquets, meetings, weddings, and other events are held in the hotel's 48,000 square meters (52,000 square feet) of event facilities, which span four floors and 27 rooms. The largest can accommodate 1,400 guests in theatre style or 1,200 for a banquet. Special events are held in the hotel's chapel and Shinto shrines.
