Close to the station. Friendly staff. Rooms are safe and clean. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious for the first time in my experience. They had Osaka's famous takoyaki (octopus dumplings), fruit, and delicious croissants. The breakfast was great, the fruit and the croissants were delicious. 12:00 was check out time. The next hotel check-in was at 3:00, so I was happy to be able to relax. It was a very good stay. Thank you very much.

Very clean. Everything is in walkable distance and close to major public transportation. The staff is very professional and tentative. The breakfast buffet had varieties both food and drinks. Overall very good stay

This hotel was clearly an older one. The room was clean and location is near the main station. But note you will be in the business area of Osaka so you do have to take a train to the tourist areas. My room also faced a loud street with exhaust so opening the window was rare. Overall good value.

In my experience, this is a slightly better than usual Japanese hotel near the train station. Rooms were compact but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, tons of variety. Location was convenient.

The staff were very friendly and helpful...Their breakfast buffet was excellent!!...and the hotel was conveniently close to the train station. The only drawback was their rooms were considerably small, which is normal in Japan. Despite this, our stay was pleasant and won’t mind booking again in the future.

Very close to the Airport Limousine bus. Spacious room with full size bed! Would choose to stay there again tho don’t have convenience store on the same street. Good daily brisk walk to/from JR/Hankyu Line/Subway

Property in great location but a little bit difficult to find. Room was very small but comfortable. There was a lot of construction work around the property which also made access problematic.

Un très bon hôtel pour ce prix. Il y a tout même si la chambre n'est pas grande. L'hôtel est à deux pas de la gare. Et enfin, le petit déjeuner est excellent, le meilleur mangé à l'hôtel au Japon

This was in a great location near the train station, about a 5 minute walk. The room was tight and there were not enough hooks to hang things but it was fine. Also the room was quite hot that we had to open the windows and turn the heat down. The room was clean and comfortable.

Checkin was easy and the hotel is a short walk to the bus station and a shorter walk to the subway exit with access to underground shops and rail system. Breakfast at the hotel was a good option a with wide selection of western and Japanese options to start your day. Double Queen room was a decent size by Japan standards. Room was pretty clean but the shower curtain smelled a little sour. I am sure we could have asked them to change it.

Good location but small rooms
Very convenient location and easy to get to everywhere. Room's a bit small but I guess this is average across whole Japan. I'll recommend business travellers but not families for this hotel.
