This hotel was one of the best I stayed at during my trip. It had a great bed, but the worst pillow I've ever seen. The room was quiet and there were great services offered with VOD, toiletries, and even their own manga. There was also a breakfast and options for food delivery from local restaurants. It was also very affordable and close to the station, which goes directly to Osaka and KIX. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying near the KIX airport for a night or two before their flight.

The location is very good which is just a stone's throw away from the Nankai station. However, the amenities and facilities are tired and air-conditioning is centralized instead of self-adjusted. We felt hot and kept on awaking during mid-night.

Kishiwada Apa hotel
Great service. Rooms are small. Twin room had no closet, just hangers on 2 hooks. Very close to train station.

honestly I would not book this hotel again.
My booking was a non-smoking room and end up was a smoking room for me. It's very uncomfortable for a non smoking person. In the website stated that car park is first come & first serve, I parked the car and there was plenty space but when I checked in the staff to me there was fully booked and I need to park in the close by car park and cost 600yen.

Great Hotel near to Train Station.
Hotel is near to Train Station. Easy for me to commute anywhere in Osaka. The location is not too crowded with people. It is so peaceful. The hotel is clean and so does the city. I enjoy my stay in Kishiwada, Osaka. Thanks for the great welcome and good facilities. I will be coming here again for sure.

Pros and Cons to APA in Osaka Kishiwada
Pros: Staff - The staff was very friendly and eager to do right by their guests. The restaurant carried the same qualities. Check-in - Easy and effortless, even without an ability to converse in Japanese. Be sure to know some basic phrases and words as a courtesy. After all, you are a guest. Room - The room was small, yet very comfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was Fantastic. There were a lot of small amenities in case you forgot or like to collect them (toothbrush with toothpaste and the like. Cons listed below. Check-Out - Drop your key off with the desk, let them know you are good to go (check-out is at 11AM), and you are good. Cons: Room - The room seemed to be less clean than the rest of the establishment. There was a dead roach in the room by the door, and dead is better than alive, but still gross. The liner that goes over the stuffing for the comforter was clean, but the inside, however, was dirty. NOTE: I am sure that if we had raised a concern, it would have been fixed, but we were only there for the night and we were exhausted. Location - The hotel was fairly easy to find.

Nice hotel close to the KIX airport.
Nice hotel close to the KIX airport. Walking distance to the Kishiwada train stop which takes you to the airport in one direction and downtown Osaka in the other. The hotel was clean and the food decent. Definitely recommend for the price and location.

We booked this hotel thinking it was at/near the airport. Instead we found it to be many train stops away, but was within walking distance of the train station. Helpful front desk, but truly the smallest room for 2 people I have ever seen, smallest bathroom possible. Room was musty smelling and quite old, but did get a decent hamburger at the coffee shop. Next time, will re-think an early morning international flight, or book at the Nikko hotel which IS at Beijing airport.

It was not a comfortable stay. The room was extremely small and the bathroom was the size of a closet. The temperature outside was in the low 40's F, but there is NO heat control in the room only air con. I was very cold at night and I woke up feeling very uncomfortable getting up in a cold room. The staff was friendly but they speak almost no English. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The cable had only 10 channels and only 1 English BBC. No movie or sport channels. It was clean and quiet, and in a very safe neighborhood.It's near the subway so you can go downtown Osaka easily.

A nice and convenient stay close to Kansai Airport
I cane early and the staff were very helpful with my luggage. They spoke English well, which was really helpful, and they ordered a taxi for me the next morning with no issues what so ever.

It's enough for 1 to 2 night sleep...
The hotel was under repairs when we where there but never working at night so our sleep was not disturb. It is next to a shopping district so you can walk to many small shops and restaurants. Be ready to speak Japanese outside of the hotel. It's 5 minutes walk from the station which is a straight shot to the Kansai Airport. That's why we stayed there and it was good for waiting for our flight. Bathroom is small and a little uncomfortable but gets the work done. I suggest no more than 2 average adults in their double beds

good place for over night stop
We chose this hotel due to late arrival flight at 10:00 PM and couldn't catch the last train to Kyoto. We took the train at 11:00 PM and arrive Kishiwada station in about 10 minutes. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from train station. Kishiwada is a quiet small town and not a primary sight seeing destination. A shopping alley across the town center in front of train station. The hotel is behind the shopping alley. The area is safe like most places in Japan. Hotel lobby is located on 2nd floor. Every thing is very compact here. There is 24 hours 7-11 store in the alley where you can buy any stuffs. Room is clean and quiet. It got every thing you need, but very compact. The bed is smaller than full size, but it just fit my wife and I for a night.

在岸和田站走5分鐘左右就到，很容易找。房間也還好，兩個行李箱分別24"跟26"也能打開，床比之前的酒店高。整體來說也行不錯，適合乘早機的朋友選用這間酒店^^ 乘地下鐵到機場只需30分鐘，而且無需轉車！位置皆！

Apa hotel is conveniently located near the subway and the staff were very helpful and kind.however the semi double room was very small hence we change our two semi double room to a single 2 double bed room which was very spacious. thanks to all the people of japan . everyone was so helpful and sweet. we really appreciate everyone who helped us. the station masters at kishiwada station were also very kind and informative with their information. thank you so much.my family n i really miss japan.

Decent price for location
Being close to the train station made for an easy 5-10 minute walk. All I was concerned with was catching some sleep and a shower, so it suited me well. The rooms are small, but that's typical with Japanese hotel rooms. The bathroom feels like a motor-home bathroom, but again...it served it's purpose. Beds were a little hard, typical Japanese style once again. TV only had the original King Kong movie as a choice to watch. Free wired internet came in handy! Would I stay there again, probably not mainly because I don't stay at the same place more than once unless I have no other option or was blown away with it. Would I recommend it, yes if you don't mind what I listed above.

good location near Kansai airport for the short budget
If you are are short on budget and need a good location to overnight close to Kansai airport this is a good location. A tiny room but very clean with a small and very clean bath, Just about 15 minutes by train from Kansai. The staff did not speak english but who cares, just to have a bed to spend the night.

APA Hotel Kishiwada
THe hotel is conveniently located near Kishiwada Station and the shops of the shotengai, which is a plus. Unfortunately the entire hotel, and especially the rooms smell very strongly of cigarettes. The window will not open unless you get a small piece of hardware from the front desk. My feeling is that the rooms should be allowed to air out a little between guests. This might help. They are somewhat inflexible about check out time: they charge 1000 yen to stay one extra hour and would not allow me to leave my luggage at the front desk after check out so that I could look for another place to stay without dragging everything with me. Perhaps this is common in Japanese hotels.
