Basic, simple.Best thing is its distance to Disney

Honestly i expected more. The room was very basic. Takes forever for guest services to respond and really not much different room-wise from a Howard Johnson except it costs double here. Outdoor pool is great which also includes a hot tub. The Lobby is a nice spot to chill.

Esta muy bien ubicado pero al comprar por medio de expedidos me dieron un piso que no tenía vista, mi vista en el 7 mo piso era a un extinguidos. Todo al rededor estaba precioso el paisaje pero como compre por medio de expidió la habitación sencilla me dieron vista a la escalera de incendios

Good location but poor hygiene and service

It's convenient location to Downtown Disney, and have free shuttle bus to Disney Parks. However, room is not clean enough, particular the bed sheet. The front desk and concierge staff are not helpful at all.

Needed to be close to Disney casting for 1 night

Pros: Only its location
Cons: Mostly everything about the room itself. The beds were comfortable
Location: On disney property
Parking charge is ridiculous Curtains in room did not close, film on windows provided privacy only during daylight hrs. Once you turned the lights on you could see right in. Ridiculous for the price of the room. No venting fan in bathroom, only a gaping hole where it should have been. Ridiculous again for the price of the room. Privacy door on the bath area would not stay on its track. Ridiculous Shower pressure was an absolute trickle and faceplate on shower fixture was hanging off. Ridiculous

Pros: Comfortable bed
Cons: Drove for 20 minutes trying to find parking ... The hotel charges 8$ daily fee
Location: Excellent no complaints there
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, close to restaurants

second day our room was not cleaned.

Pros: great location great staff
Cons: better cleaning supervision
Location: location was great
the staff was excellent, but room cleaning was disappointing on second day, wet towels still on floor, bed not made. no clean towels. no new soap.

Confusing and disappointing

Pros: room clean
Cons: parking: make it clear and fair. I paid for a hotel room. Period, why am I being charged to stay?
Location: Enjoyed the outlet malls and Carrabas.
Attended a conference and stay at the hotel. Parking was included in our conference, but hotel staff insisted since I booked with an outside source it was not. When I paid for parking outside I paid 5.00 to self park. When I paid for parking the second night, inside the hotel, they charged me tax. Give me a break! Bath tub was peeling. Bath tub stayed full of shower water well after a 1/2 hour of showering. Asked for a pool view, and got the view of a hotel wall. Will not stay again.
