Great Location to downtown disney

Posted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Location
Cons: Appearance and food for sure.
Great location from downtown disney. Would of preferred queen size beds. Double beds too small for a family of 4. The breakfast buffet was ok but not outstanding. Would of liked a balcony.

Ideal option for a "Disney experience."

Posted 27-Jul-2014
Great hotel on the Disney property yards from the Downtown Disney Marketplace. It was our first time after several stays at Disney Hotels and this was our best experience. Great pool and facilities, courtesy shuttle and 24 hour coffee shop. Since there is always room for improvement, we would have liked some lower cost food options in the restaurant or at the pool bar.

Pros: Staff was very pleasant. We loved the pool area.
Location: Marketplace was in walking distance.
My daughter and I stayed for just one night on our way to Georgia. We found a bathing suit hygienic liner stuck to the door frame of the bathroom in our room.

Wonderful Stay

Posted 27-Jul-2014
we had a wonderful experience the staff was wonderful and we checked in one hour early. We stayed in tower room facing downtown Disney! The beds slept wonderfully and the maids were on really sweet and accommodating. We would recommend this room and will hopefully be back too!

Close to village

Posted 24-Jul-2014
Pros: The staff was always there for you and close to village
Cons: CLEANLINESS AND THE MAID SERVICE UPDATE ALL THE GAMES LOST $3.00 in the game room and none of the prizes hotel in need of serious TLC
Staff was excellent hotel was dirty our maid service was the worst I have ever seen. Floors had too much soap on them very slippery, never replaced towels but once on a 5 day stay (did2then3) Never replaced bathroom flor towel so you don't fall when you get out of shower, I had to go find a cart and take coffee cups, coffee, face clothes, regular cups. Only replaced shampoos and soaps once made beds only twice....very disappointing.

OK but not a resort. Lots of improvements needed.

Posted 24-Jul-2014
Pros: The pool is awesome. The hotel is across the street from Downtown Disney, which is handy.
Cons: The rooms need to be upgraded. Air conditioners need to be replaced. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
Location: The hotel is across the street from Downtown Disney.
The hotel rooms in the "exterior" part of the hotel (not the "Tower" upgraded rooms) face out to the road and feel very much like an motel. The rooms have an older, broken down feel. The faucet covering in the shower was hanging off, the air conditioner came on every 15 minutes and sounded like an airplane taking off. My wife couldn't sleep at all. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was fixed. The floors were not clean under any of the tables or the bed. The staff was very nice. The pool was great, which is the reason that they show you the pool so much on their web page. They claimed to have "Complimentary Remote Airline Check-in" which means you can give the bell-hop your checked luggage and they would check in right on to the plane for you for free. Great idea! Nope. Their "system was down" and that service was not available, and they didn't seem too interested in fixing the problem. The ink in the boarding pass printer was out of ink and they had to call an outside vendor to come in and replace it, which was frustrating, but the nice people at the front desk let me print it in their office. There were just a lot of these frustrations throughout our stay. Also, the free bus shuttle to Disney World takes quite a long time to get there. Not the hotel's fault, it's just quite a jaunt to the park.

Close to downtown disney

Posted 23-Jul-2014
Clean room, nice staff. Walking distance to downtown disney. Don't bother eating or snacking at hotel...you can't afford it. Room was cheap though. Per valet, you must pay for valet parking if you want to unload luggage at front door, otherwise you must park way in back and haul your luggage.

NICE HOTEL CLOSE TO DISNEY PARKS

Posted 23-Jul-2014
Pros: IT WAS VERY CLEAN, THE POOL WAS CLOSE TO MY ROOM. THE RESTAURANT WAS GREAT AND AGAIN STAFF WERE VERY NICE.
Cons: NOTHING
Location: VISITED THE DISNEY MARKET PLACE, AND THE DISNEY PARKS. IT WAS GREAT TO HAVING ACCESS TO THE SHUTTLES AT THE HOTEL.
WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY. THE REGISTRATION STAFF, VANESSA AND KYLE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE WITH DIRECTIONS.
