We are from Florida with two small children so we spend a lot of time in Orlando and stay at lots of different resorts. Location - The reason to stay here is the location. It is walking distance (100 yards) to downtown Disney. This is the number one reason to stay at this hotel. If you plan on being at the parks most of the day and then spending evenings at Downtown Disney, then this park will serve your needs. I wouldn't stay here during super busy (holiday times, holiday weekends) as the traffic from the exit to the hotel can take 45 minutes on those times. Hotel - This hotel is an older property. The lobby is quite nice. The rooms were small but comfortable. Cleanliness was average. Many of the rooms have outside access similar to a motel. The bathrooms like the rooms are small. Think about a 1960s hotel (probably when this was built). The lobby is really nice with a gift shop and small coffee bar (over priced - but typical resort/Disney prices). I would stay at this hotel if you spending most of your time at the parks or at activities and just using the hotel as a place to sleep. If you are looking for a resort where there are activities and the ability to relax then I would choose many of the newer resort properties. This is less of a resort and much more of a utility hotel. Use it for sleeping and you will be fine and happy with the location next to downtown Disney. Value - Good value. If you want a resort pay resort prices. You get what you pay for.

Dear valued guest, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The closeness to Downtown Disney sure can't be beat. . I am sorry we did not exceed your expectations in terms of our rooms and propety this time around, and hope you give us another chance to see a difference. We are doing a refresh to our hotel this year and I will make sure we incorporate your feedback into our decision making process. If you should decide to provide us with another opportunity to serve you, please let us know. Sincerely, Voice of the Customer
