“Dated property with bad odor”

Would not recommend. This is a dated property that has a musty odor.

Very nice hotel. I had a nice vacation. This is a great place for a family staying for like a week. It's like home. If you want to save money by eating in, you can because you have a full kitchen, dining room and everything.

The atmosphere at this resort was very relaxing and beautiful; the staff was helpful and courteous. If and when I return to Florida, I probably would attempt to lodge there if available and the only other reason that I didn't would be just to maybe experience another area of Florida

“Great apartment”

We were planing to stay in Orlando with two young kids and generally prefer to stay in a condo/apartment close to Disney rather than a hotel. This location fit the bill perfectly in terms of facilities (full kitchen, two bedroom, pool, laundry in the unit etc). When we got there I found that the apartment lived up expectations. Its in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to International drive, shopping, restaurants etc and a stone's throw from Sea World. The unit itself was very well maintained too. It was close to the pool and a little noisy the one evening we were there but was quiet later in the evening. The beds in the second room were not that great but kids didnt seem to notice and they had a great night's sleep

“Excellent bang for the buck for family of four or even five!!”

I stayed at a West Gate hotel just 2 miles from this location before which is what brought me back. The room was very clean and I enjoyed my night stay very comfortably. The customer service was very friendly and check out was a breeze. Check in di take some time but I expected it and I wasnt in any sort of rush.

“Great location for families”

We were two adults and three teenagers who had a really good time and met lots of nice people. It is not a five star but it is rated at 2.5 stars and deserves that rating. They missed light cleaning one day , when we went to the desk to get more towels , the towels were delivered as soon as we got back to our room. Great location , close to all major theme parks . At the hotel we played volley ball , horeshoes and two pools and two hot tubs to choose from and both were very clean. Had questioned our choice before due to some comments I had read before but all was above my expectations and would return again. We stayed six nights first of may2009

my family a I stay at this hotel on april 8, was great, cleanless, but the rugs are very dirty, all the hotel was nice

“Off the main drag, but close to everything”

Exceeded our expectations and there is no doubt that we will return. We felt right at home, not the cramp feeling you get in a motel.
