“Good hotel, poor service though”
We we first checked in, our keys disn't work for one of the 2 units we were in. Front desk sent a guy with new keys, that didn't work as well, so he opened the door with his master key and said he would let the front desk know our door locker was defective. We left the doors opened (2 apts with internal doors to a private looby). 2 days later room service came and closed the doors, when we arrived at night we couldn't open it. Called guest services to have someone to fix it and open for us. We had to wait 40 min for someone to show up, and surprise, they sent a guy with another new key, that of course didn't work since the problem was the locker. This guy couldn't open the door because he hadn;t a master key. We ended up having to go eat outside (with our fridge full of stuff) and come back later. After 2 h they finally sent a guy to fix the locker. In the mean time I wanted to talk to the manager to make a complain about the incedent, I was told he was in one of the appartments. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back.... awful service!!!. Also we found that room service does a very supperficial cleanning...location and room space are very good.
Three times I had mail sent to me at the hotel, they just let me know the first time, the other two times I had to ask them if I had any mail sent to me!!
