“DON'T DO IT!!!”

This was - by far - the single worst hotel experience I've ever had. Entering into the lobby told it all. It was dirty and in dire need of updating. If the lobby is bad, the rooms will be worse. I never would have proceeded had I not prepaid. I went up to my room and nearly cried when I opened the door. Yes, it was that awful! It smelled as if it had never, ever been cleaned. The carpet had buckles in it and looked like it was from 40 years ago. There really was nothing positive to be said about it. I asked for a different room and that one at least smelled better. Still just as dirty as the first. As I meandered around making the changes, the cops arrived to deal with a guest (no idea for what) and another guest looked to beg money from me. Don't expect to see these guests at the Hilton. I didn't dare go out the door after it got dark. I looked for bugs but, mercifully, did not find any. The bed was old and hard as a rock. The quilt was not clean. I actually put a towel down on the chair before I sat down. Believe me, I'm not overly picky about hotels. Just pass this one by, no matter the price.

“bad place to stay ever..never will go there again”

the place there not safe at all,during our stay they stole some stuff from our room and the room next to us too..they dont clean the room every day,,,they offering afree breackfast but its realy cheap just some bagels and serial..the receptionist are very rode..if there is something we need extra like cup or coffee they told us to come pick it up ..i dont recomend it to no one,,plus there was alot of bedbug in the room

the front desk is so kind, and the wonderful breakfast. but the room smell bad... and the location is not comfortable however, it is a nice hotel worth to live :)

“Not impressed at all”

We stayed for 9 nights. The air-conditioning was very loud, the sheets were not change before we told the staff to do so. The hotel was not well maintained at all. We will not come back.

“Wife was not happy-”

Did my homework of all the budget hotels in the area for a two night stay, and the reviews of this Travelodge seemed to indicate that it was a solid value for the money. We are not people with unrealistic expectations of what you get for your money by the way. I didn't even have to look at my wife's face when we opened the door to our room to know I'd blown it--the room creeped ME out. I'm a musician that is constantly on the road, and have been in more of my share of affordable hotel rooms. This room was the kind that makes you wonder if you're going to get bed bugs, and neither of us were willing to walk on the carpet in bare feet. Yeah, THAT creepy. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point!

“Hot Water Issues”

Our stay consisted of a 3-night stay. After arriving back to the hotel the first night after being gone all day, we noticed that there was no hot water. It was late so we thought it was because all the hot water was used up. The next morning, there still was no hot water, but we had to leave and we were not able to address this with the hotel staff. Upon returning to the hotel that evening (the second night) we still did not have any hot water in either the bathroom sink or tub. We called the hotel staff and a maintenance worker arrived quickly. He adjusted the water from the tub, but it took at least 10 minutes for the water to become hot in the sink. He said this was because we were on the first floor. The next evening when we returned to the hotel (third night), we let the water run for about 10 minutes in the bathroom sink before the water got hot.
