“Great deal!”
This hotel/villa was outstanding for the price! Yes, the decor is a dated. Yes, it is located in a residential rather than a resort area. But it was perfect for what we needed - which was a clean place for 6 people to stay without being crowded and a kitchen big enough to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The building itself is basically a converted apartment complex and I believe a lot of the villas are timeshares. It has an outdoor pool, tennis courts, a small gym, a sauna, and a racketball court. It's located about 5 mins from Millenium Mall with tons of shopping and eating places and 10/15 mins from downtown Orlando. The room we stayed in had 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms had tvs and large closets. There were two full bathrooms - both very clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper. There was also a washer and dryer which despite being a little loud operated just fine. The living room sofa pulled out for another bed and their was also a screened in patio. The kitchen, including oven, stove, microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, blender, coffeepot, and double sinks, was fully stocked with dishes, bowls, glasses, silverware, cooking pans, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, etc. and was plenty big enough to cook a huge holiday meal. On top of this the staff was extremely helpful at check-in. Overall this was a great deal for the price! We will definitely be returning
“Will be back”
I had no issues whatsoever with my stay. The rooms were fully loaded with just about anything you could desire. If I had to critique in one way, it would be that the TVs were very old. I wasn't in the room much, so it wasn't a real bother, but that is the only potential improvement that could be made.
“Excellent stay in Orlando”
We found the condo easily (printed out the route from the airport from Google maps) - about 20 mins from Orlando Airport (MCO). Check-in was quick and easy (but note that check-in closes at 22:00) and the condo was excellent. It was very clean, and plenty of space for my family of 4. We were lucky to have a balcony overlooking the pool. The condo had a full kitchen, air-con and a safe. We used the pool most mornings and were usually the only ones in it. Sometimes I thought that buying Park tickets was a waste of money as my children just loved being at the Seasons and in the warm pool. Public transport seems OK - but I suggest you get a car. There is a small grocery store about 200m away - but the big ones (Publix or Walmart) are about 5 - 10 mins drive. International Drive and the Universal Parks are an easy 5 or 10 minute drive. In August it is very hot (max was about 110 F) - so suggest you do the Parks in the morning or after 18:00 (when the car park is a lot cheaper, and the queues are a lot less). Wireless internet is available free in the lobby (I could get it from my condo but the signal was weak). I had read a few negatives about the Season - mainly that the neighbourhood wasn't good. It may not have been good - but it wasn't bad either - we had no trouble at all and never felt unsafe. Occasionally we heard some noise from the road but that really was no problem. If I go back to Orlando, it will be to the Seasons
“Good value for your Orlando holiday”
This is the 2nd time we have been to the Seasons so we knew what we we were getting. Its a timeshare complex but the "T" word has never been mentioned to us. It's not in the main touristy part of Orlando and driving up to it may put you off but once inside there's a pool and hot tub and swimming pool and you wouldn't know you weren't on I drive or in Kissimmee. There's a decent chinese takeout 100 metres away and the condo is only 15 minutes from the top of I - Drive, the Florida Mall and Universal / Wet and Wild. The condos are a good size for 4 people with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and washing machine/dryer. Even when I filled the dishwasher with washing up liquid, guest services had someone there within 5 minutes to help mop up - excellent value. Would go back - well I have....
“Good family hotel”
Real good value for money hotel. Not fancy but more than ok. Nice staff Bad wifi connection. Nicely situated for the fun parks.
“best, so far...”
the only down part, it cost us 30dollars for a 2hr late check out.
“Have never seen a room”
We arrived late, called them as described, but the reception was closed! So we had to arrange another hotel in the night, spent additional money and didn´t get anything back!!!
“Amazing Location to Universal Studios!”
Two Bed & Bath. Excellent location to shopping & Universal Studios. Had pool to ourselves ALOT. There was never more than 6 people in the pool. 3 televisions & a dvd/vcr for movies. Nice patio over looking pool. Tennis courts, never used though - too hot to play. Definitely recommend :)
“A Good Deal”
This condo was in a fairly convenient location to reach the main Orlando routes. It is a large, well equipped unit, and it has a maintained pool, which we used during our stay. It did have a bit of a musty smell - maybe because of the pool proximity. The surrounding area is a bit shakey - you'd likely not be inclined to take an evening stroll. However, if you want a good deal on a place to stay after days at the theme parks, then this is it.
“Not impressed.”
In addition to the problems mentioned about the difficulty of finding the office and the very dim lighting outside of the office, the shower control nozzle fell off when I tried to turn on the water. The facility is older then I anticipated and I do not understand why others felt the overall rating was a 4plus.
