“bad service”

The service in the lobby bar at night and Vineyard Grill for breakfast was awful! Definately not up to Ritz standards.

“Excellent quality Orlando Hotel”

Great service, beautiful surroundings, friendly staff. A terrific hotel whether you are on business or visiting for pleasure

“Nice Hotel.. Good Location”

Good location.. Hotel about 10 minutes from Disney attractions and outlet/mall shopping. Tons of restaurants to choose from in local area. Hotel does not offer shuttles to Disney though. Room spacious and clean. Seemed somewhat dated but very nice. Would recommend hotel. Received manicure and pedicure from spa that chipped within 2 days and took over 5 hours to dry. Would not recommend spa for price paid. Good to stay with kids or as a getaway.

“Incredible Hotel for the Price!”

The Ritz Carlton is truly a 5 star hotel. Be advised that they do have a dress code for any of their patrons who would like to laze around the lobby or participate in their evening entertainment. We wish that they had a designated smoking area within a reasonable distance instead of having to go to the parking lot. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, and they even turned down the bed in the evenings. The location was a little out of the way and difficult to find initially, but once we got the lay of the land, it was simple to find our way around (thanks to their helpful concierge). I would stay here again if visiting the area and recommend that you do that same!

We had the best time ever at Universal Theme Park. What an amazing place for both kids and adults.
When to go
October is a perfect time of year to hit Orlando. The crowds are light, the weather is beautiful, and we loved the entire experience.

“Great hotel, Bad town”
