“Our Orlando home”

We love this hotel and stay every time we come to Orlando. The restaurant has been changed, they added a new one, the old crickets is now a bar/lounge. There was some renovations going on during out stay, replacing the lobby floor and re doing the main driveway entrance from blacktop to concrete pavers. We left before all was completed but saw some areas completed and it only is going to increase this hotels charm.

“Shoppers Paradise Hotel”

Very nice hotel located in the best shopping mall in Orlando.The facilities are first rate and good quality restaurants are available locally.It's ideally suited for the airport being only 20minutes drive.The Food Court is handily placed for a snack and the food is very good.The shops are first rate with all the main stores,

“Very good hotel and staff. Near attractions.”

Pros Very good staff, awesome service. In a mall so another evening hang out for free. 10 min from Universal, 20 min from Disney. In room fridge. Very good A/C, heating. Nice big size room with big windows Some public transportation < bus > near the hotel Cons A little mildew on the shower wall. No balcony Towels can be better quality. Shower pressure is not great.

“The best!!!!”

I have been staying at the hotel for almost 4 to 5 times in the last couple of years. I have no complains at all in any way. Starting from the service to the convenience of the location of the hotel everything is perfect and easy and comfy. It's like 2nd home to my family who flies from Jamaica to visit.

“As always very satisfaced”

We use this hotel every time we go to Orlando, not only for the hotel itself, but for the perfect location of the hotel. It is located in the Florida Mall, but also is very near of the Orlando Premium Outlets in International Dr and Vineland Ave and the Millenia Mall. Also the staff is very good, one night we have big noise problems with the people in the room in the side, and they rapidly send a security personal to take care of that.

“great hotel”

very clean, great location. Rained hard during our stay in Orlando, since hotel was attached to The Florida Mall we were able to still do things without getting wet. Everyone was very nice at the hotel.

“It's ok if your only going to sleep at the hotel”

Bathrooms need upgrading. They advertise free wifi but when you check out they make you pay "hotel fees" that include the use of wifi, pool & gym access, etc. Servers at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful.
