“Great Hotel = want to come back”

The Vistant Resort was a beautiful hotel, clean rooms, friendly service, a must for a stay in the Orlando area. Close to all attractions. Will definitely come back again.

“Good Location”

This hotel is a comfortable and convenient place to stay while in Orlando. The rooms are clean and the apt itself is big with a washer/dryer and dishwasher and nice bathrooms and enclosed terrace and full well equipped kitchen. The grounds have lots to do (pools, tennis, basketball, marketplace, restaurants, nice places to walk). Despite the size of the hotel, the apts themselves seem private and quiet. This is the third time we returned to this hotel and would definitely come back next time we're in Orlando.

“It's great, but where's the elevator.”

The grounds were beautiful with plenty of plants, trees, ducks, and fountains. The rooms were quite spacious with plenty of storage. The bathrooms and kithchen were a bit dated but still quite nice. Plenty of parking and amenities available. Convenient to Disney. The only negative - we were on the third with no elevator avialable.

“Good hotel for families.”

Stayed there for a week in April 05. We have three kids and this is excellent hotel for families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen is big. The pools are nice. Although we spent the most of our time in theme parks, Vistana has an abundance of activities to keep kids busy. The hotel is close to the theme parks, restaruants and a supermarket. They do contact you a few times about time-share presentations but if you tell them you are not interestered they do not give you a hard sell on the phone. The whole family gave the hotel two thumbs up.

great room for families. beautiful tub in master suite. great location. pretty pools and grounds.

“Large room with reasonable rate. Good for family travellers.”

It is better to have a large room with reasonable rate even though the location is some miles away from Disney World. It is just our family's opinion, though.

“We will definitely go back!”

This hotel has everything one needs to celebrate time with friends and family! Our 2 bedroom room had a fully furnished kitchen where I could make a birthday meal to family and visitors. Everything you need they have already thought about it!! This is a great place to have family time together and I will treasure the memories we made there. Will definitely return!! Already making plans for December.

“loved this place”

this was our first family vacation to orlando, and it wont be our last. i researched hotels and was very happy with my pick. we are a family of 5 and the space was great, I loved being able to cook for our family it saved us alot of money on food. the room clean, grounds nice, staff very nice. the pool open to 1:00am nice since theme parks closed at 7:00pm. the only bad thing i can say is they do try to push timeshare. we declined but they did try to get us to the breakfast every other day. but this did not affect our visit. we will come back and we will bring more family next time, it was that great.

“A frugal family's ideal hotel near Disney”

The Vistana is very close to most of the Disney properties offering condo apartments perfect for families. We've always stayed in 2-bedroom suites allowing our 2 kids to stay on their sleep schedule. The kitchen stocked with dinner and cookware allow us to choose when to splurge on eating out by shopping at a nearby Winn-Dixie for simple meals "at home." An en suite washer/dryer combo enables packing less (save on checked baggage fees)and when you get tired of the crowds, the facility's multiple pools and activities offer a very nice alternative to the hyperstimulation of the parks. Have always requested rooms in the newer part of the complex and have never had a bad experience. You can request ground floor rooms if you have elderly parents with you as the upper story apts don't always have elevators I seem to recall. I do recommend renting a car rather than relying on their park shuttle and shopping from nearby stores. And if you're enticed by the timeshare pitch over breakfast, do it early in your visit to get discounted park tickets you can use for that visit. They're persistent, but not too difficult to put off.

“What an experience!!!!!”

This was the upmost best resort I have ever stayed in. I will return to this resort again and again. The customer service was outstanding and the comfort of home was so relaxing. I would recommend this resort to everyone.
