“hotel under rennovation construction - loud and dirty surroundings”

This hotel will be wonderful in a month or so. During our stay, however, the conditions were less than favorable. The one accessible pool was dirty and surrounded by workmen, the walkways were strewn with maintenance equipment and the usable elevators were grimy. Early morning wake up calls were the hammers and machinery outside of our window. The large amount of construction vehicles used up much of the parking, yet the hotel still charged 6.00 a day the week we were there. This was not noted on the website or mentioned at check in. In their defense, when confronted with this issue, they removed it from the bill. There was a lot of work being done - I think it will be a great hotel in a very short time!

“Average”

The hotel is under construction. I had stayed there before and had a much better experience. Perhaps it was because I was in a different wing, but it was not as nice as when I was there before. It was sufficient but nothing remarkable. Staff was friendly.

“Not Impressed”

I booked this Hotel just b'cos the name "Sheraton". This hotel is currently undergoin renovation and not recommended to visit in next 4 months unless they complete the same.

“Is good”

The hotel is going through major renovations but the service is really good. My room was always clean and the maids did an excellent job making you feel welcome. They arranged all the stuffed animals that my daughters had very nicely in the bed. It made us feel very welcome coming back to our room after being at the parks all day. If you don't mind the renovations, this is a great place to stay. Downtown Disney is a few blocks away.

Getting around

the most expensive portion of my trip was renting a car. If you stay at this hotel, there are shuttles available to take you for free to the parks.

“never back”

Well,I have to say . I'm really disappointed with this hotel. The whole hotel looks like under construction. it looks very poor and old from outside not like the advertising picture. There is no cable Internet, so I have to buy wifi from the hotel which means about $10 more per day just for one device!

“Pathetic experience”

I could not believe they wanted to charge per night for wifi, most hotels have it for free. I could not believe they had no room refridgerator. I could not believe they did not offer complementary coffee in lobby. I could not believe they charge for local phone calls. I would rather have stayed in an Econolodge. I will never stay in a Sheraton again. To night I am at a Holiday Inn and I have all these things for free. Sheraton would not let me use the lobby computer after 11:00 PM, they ran me out before I was finished with my work. I am appalled and will spread the word.

“not impressed”

“Little dissapointed”

The General condition of the hotel was poor. The curtains were broken; The bath was rusty and the parking lot with dust. The only Good thing was the location (3 or 4 minutes near everything)

“Construction at 7AM”

There was construction going on at 7 in the morning which woke us up. There were 2 fifty dollar incidental charges to my account when they said there should only be one, the second of which sent my account negative by a dollar and cost me 30 dollars in overdraft fees.
