This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled a lot. I drove 16 hours with two small children, who were clearly very upset and exhausted. There was only one receptionist and a huge line in front of me. I stood there for over an hour, and she only got through two people. When I finally said something to get her attention because I wanted to cancel my reservations and find another hotel, she told me to wait my turn! Would not even hear me out, So I walked out and tried to call the office to see if I could contact anyone else there to let them know to cancel my reservations, and they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. When I escalated the situation to Expedia (POOR site, won’t use them again either) They told me due to me, not checking in. There was nothing that they could do. Overall, DO NOT go to this hotel!!! The customer service is so awful. If I could leave no stars I would!
