Did not feel safe! It was the most run down hotel I've ever stayed in. Wifi didn't work but we were charged for it in a resort fee.

Broken, so much broken

Posted 26-Aug-2014
Pros: The A.C. Worked.
Cons: Clean it, repair it.
Location: Right by I-4 (and the county jail)
Dingy and dirty. Fitness center? Treadmills broken. I needed to screw back together the water control in the shower. There were patches on the walls that were never repainted. The breakfast buffet in the morning cost money AND it was very poor quality. This was not worth the money paid for it.

Easy To Access, Cheap Rooms

Posted 24-Aug-2014
Pros: The hotel staff was warm and friendly.
Cons: The air conditioning in the room seemed lacking. It took a good while to cool down, and the system leaked leaving a wet carpet.
Location: Located close to Downtown, 408 Toll Road, and Millennia.
Upon arriving into the lobby, this hotel seems great. It's elegant and beautiful. Going into the room is a different story. The hotel itself is located right next to the highway, so you hear all of the night traffic. The closet area light didn't work. Though I was pleased that the beds were nice, soft, and extremely comfortable. The refrigerator was not powerful enough to keep food cool. There were not enough power outlets - I had to unplug the in-room radio/alarm clock in order to charge my phone and laptop. The bathroom was nice, though turning on the shower is a bit confusing the first time. My biggest issue with the room was the air conditioning. The AC unit leaked profusely which leaves a large wet carpet area, which was really uncomfortable to walk across every time. It also seemed to take a while to cool the room - this is Florida, if I wanted to be warm and humid I'd just stay outside vs in a room.

Ac didn't work well. It was even hot in the hallways. It's kind of in the ghetto. It's dirty. No free breakfast. Charge additional $5 for no reason at check-in.

Rundown behemoth

Posted 09-Aug-2014
Big hotel, big lobby, looking old. Was probably impressive in the 70s. Ugly faded yellow color in the halls. My TV had no remote, my phone didn't work and all three lamps were unplugged for some reason.

Bad neighborhood

Posted 05-Aug-2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Ugly neighborhood, bad facilities, no restaurants close enough. Hotel room smells terrible: old and dirty.
