Terrible hotel

Posted 26-May-2015
i reserved two rooms here. First room, the beds were no made and the last occupants food was still in the room. The room hadn't been cleaned. The second room was the same way and later in the evening the toilet wouldn't flush. I will never stay here again. They changed one room but i had to keep the other because they were booked. Terrible experience at this hotel.

Worst hotel I've ever been

Posted 25-May-2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The whole hotel would have to be renovated, it is old and rundown.
Location: Millenia mall it is nearby, also Orange county jail.
The room was dirty beyond belief. The carpet was in deplorable condition, the chairs in the room has huge stains on them. The beds were old, the night stand had rust on it. Same with the bathroom. I had to leave because on top of all that there was a whirring noise coming from what I think was the pool pump so it would have been impossible to even try to get a good night sleep. Checked in at 6:30pm and since they wouldn't give me a new room I left at 10:30pm with my two kids and drove away to look for another hotel at that time of night but it was better than staying at the Ramada. Awful experience.

This Ramada is busy and lacks A/C in lobby.

Posted 25-May-2015
Pros: Front lobby customer service was good. Daily house keeping service was consistent. Room rate was good.
Cons: Central A/C for the lobby and hotel. The lobby had stand up fans running behind the counter to keep employees from overheating.
Location: Hotel location was easy to find and coordinate activities in nearby attractions 15-20 minutes away.
Customer service was friendly. The actual hotel was hot and smelled throughout. PROS: The room was very cheaply priced. CONS: Quality of room and was not as expected for the Ramada brand. Towels were thin and old. However, housekeeping was consistent.

Great price! Friendly staff! Would stay again!

I booked this hotel for one night for a nearby conference I was attending May 21-22 2015. The hotel was easy to find, great location right off of I-4 and best attractions and the mall. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel is older so could use some facelifts but had nice color schemes, decorations. The piano bar and restaurant weren't open yet (off season still). The room was clean, beds comfortable. New mattresses. All rooms had balconies. A/c worked ok but could definitely be colder. Plenty of hot water! The hot tub didn't have water but the pool was open. Closed when we were going to use it around 9... Fitness room had a few treadmills and bikes. TV but no batteries in the remote :) Overall, better than expected for the price ($36) and would stay again!

Tried 2 dirty rooms. Second one was covered with mildew. Ended up leaving and going to another hotel.

First impression: needs maintenance.

Two small roaches under sheets... So tired, removed the sheets and slept with cloths on. Toilet clog, room too noisy.

Very out-dated and surprise $25 deposit required.

Posted 11-May-2015
Pros: The price.
They wanted a $25 deposit at check in ... $5 they would keep for a "resort fee." The pool and hot tub were very dirty so we decided not to use them. The AC barely worked. We had to unplug the microwave to use the tv. Overall a very sketchy area.
