Pros: nothing special
I needed to drink coffee at evening and I've asked should be a coffee machine my the room. Night shift desk reps. told me that they do not have any and they suggest me to ask from the morning shift. I said it is okey and no problem not to have the machine but asked if kindly to arrange just one cup of coffee, all i need... He told me there is a mcdonalds at a mile away and they suggest me to go there!!!!.. that was the xxxxxx answer i ever heard... I told them i will give my negative feedback upon my return for this kind of reply, They suggest me to do so and encourage me to feedback!... Although they charge extra $5/day resord fee and breakfast fee seperately but still it was very nice deal from expedia (which I recomment expedia to everyone). Ramada Downtown Orlando was nothing more than a free parking lot with overnigh facility.. I know Ramada is very reputative hotel chain worldwide ( i had prior experiences as well) ..that's why I don't want to name them bad not at all ; although upper management should pay more attention on their customer services and make it better place to stay. They should know that a little bit of extra care to their customers, makes them remembered with some good memories.

Posted 18-Dec-2014
Pros: Lobby area.
Cons: Entire room.
Location: Amway Center show
There were no closets, no iron but called desk, it never arrived. Clock did not work. 2 lamps did not work. Staff was o/k. Cleanliness was o/k. Safe did not work. No coffee pot. Shower seat looked moldy. There was bugs in the room.

Nice hotel, staff no so friendly

Posted 16-Dec-2014
We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was not very nice. Also, the breakfast, for which you have to pay around $5 was complete one day, but the following days they didn´t have ham and fruits as our first day. I will recommend the hotel overall.

Don't expect too much

Posted 15-Dec-2014
Pros: The balcony and the location.
Cons: This hotel needs a small fridge and a microwave. Also, it would have been nice if I did not have to go on a different floor to find an ice machine.
Location: close to I- 4
From what I pay for, I could not have expect too much from this hotel. It was convenient as far as the location, and I was able to save money on the high cost of hotel. but I would not recommend this place to friends or family. If you want a place to lay your head, this is ideal. But, if you want comfort, search elsewhere. I was in an adjoining room in the back of the hotel. During the night, the guest next door partied until late and then they fell asleep, I assume, with the television blasting. I did call the front desk and they called that room to have them turn it down. The staff was helpful.

No extra pillows

Posted 12-Dec-2014
We were given what es described as a queen bed, but was clearly a double. I came downtown he desk and said it would be fine, but we would need more than 2 pillows. The clerk refused and told me I could not get any additional Pillows. For some reason, his Solution was to put us into a two bed room. Fine whatever. Otherwise it was just fine.

Could be a nice hotel

Posted 11-Dec-2014
A bit out dated except the bathrooms. We arrived to dust on the vanity and small piles on both sides of the toilet as someone replaced the towel rack and didn't bother cleaning up. The toilet wouldn't flush, had to use downstairs bathroom in lobby which the toilets didn't flush there as well. The stalls were nasty, but the vanities were clean and working. If someone addressed these issues I think the hotel would have been a much better place.

After reading reviews much better than expected!

Posted 11-Dec-2014
Pros: Accessibility to interstate.
Cons: The side door area should be cleaned more regularly-at least twice a day. It was dirty!
Location: Millennia mall is a mile away. Disney 17 miles. It is literally right off the highway and I did not find noise to be a problem.
I read the reviews before an upcoming trip to orlando and was convinced I would never be able to stay at this hotel. Mold was what was the chief complaint. I was recovering from bronchitis and when I got to the hotel I told the front desk to please make sure I got a room with no mold. He was very understanding and my room was spotless and I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. I would not hesitate to stay again. The hotel is convenient to I-4 and just about anywhere you want to go. If you'd rather spend your money on fun things-stay here.

Buen precio, pero nada más

Posted 08-Dec-2014

Avoid at all cost

Possible the worst hotel experience Ive had in years, I dont know how they were able to get a 70% recommended on expedia ( or who they bribed) but that needs to be removed. just go to trip advisor to see the pictures from myself and others who have unfortunately stayed at this Ramada.
