“Nice Hotel for the Price”

This is not a luxury hotel but it was very good for the price. It was clean. The beds were made with clean white linens and were very comfortable. No problems. Location is about 10 minutes from theme parks and walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was friendly & accomodating. Pool was okay. My only complaint would be that some guests were kind of noisy one night but the hotel really can't control that.

Area recommendations

Lake Buena Vista. Close to most of the major tourist attractions.

“Poor shuttle buses”

The hotel was too far away from Disney attractions. Very poor shuttle service. Hotel was nice but very limited facilities. Staff on front desk very helpful but rest of staff didn't even say good morning. Would definitely stay at another hotel closer to the attractions.

Area recommendations

stay as close to Disney world as you can. Once in Disney attraction can use their frequent shuttles

“satisfied”

overall great experience, no problems experienced, its in a nice location close to everything, parks, restaurant. traffic is kinda bad during the peak hours. the only complaint i have is the bed, its not the most comfortable bed i have tried. its one of those beds you can adjust the stiffness/softness either side of the the mattress, but just not very comfortable

“Fun in the face of work!”

We enjoyed our stay and service. We were there for work and it was nice to come back to a nice place and relax. The staff was amazing! The pool was comfortable and the location was great!

“Excellent location”

Rooms were Clean and comfortable. It was really useful having a microwave and free wifi. Didn't use the pool or gym. Hotel otherwise pretty basic but the best thing about this place is the location - about 20minutes away from every major attraction including the airport with quick access to main roads like I4. Also good choice of moderately priced restaurants and a super market right next door not to mention downtown disney only being a 5 min drive.

“Will be going back.”

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and most helpful. The our room was clean and easily accommodated three adults. It was our first experience with the sleep number bed and all of us found them to be most restful. We go to the Disney Resorts several times a year and we will be returning to this hotel.

“Nice and well-priced”

Our room was clean and neat. The staff was very helpful and the location was close to the Disney parks. The only complaints we had was that the shuttle to the parks was not convenient as they only had one drop off and one pick up time for some parks and they just weren't doable for us with two very small children (we didn't think they'd make it to 10:00pm). I also am not a fan of sleep number beds and that is what is in the rooms. Some people like them, but I hate them. No breakfast, but the rates are good and the staff is very friendly. If we hadn't had a car, we might have been a bit less impressed by the lack of breakfast and crummy shuttle options. We just opted to pay the $14/day to park our car at the parks. Overall, the hotel was nice. We would stay there again.

Area recommendations

I would recommend a Disney resort for convenience and the full experience - especially if you do not live close by.
