During the length of my stay, I had to keep calling the front desk because we had no hot water. Someone from maintenance was sent to the room every day after long days at the Disney parks. This was a huge inconvenience because we had to wait to shower. Also, someone purposely kept setting off the fire alarm (about 2 hours) again at night after a long day at the park and waiting to shower. It was a really bad experience.

I enjoyed everything about this property. It was quiet, pet friendly, it has breakfast, it was clean, the staff was great and it is close to everything. The pool was not heated like they mentioned but my kids still enjoyed it. The hot tub was great. They have a pool side bar but we didn't get a chance to try it. I will recommend this hotel and will stay at this hotel again.

This property was not as pictured on the website. Rooms are so dark, dark brown rugs and brown painted bathrooms. Pillows were flat. Things just look dirty and worn. Lots of kids from school trips so pool was loud and kids running around. Limited options for breakfast. And there was a 7 hour power outage one night. They handed out glow sticks. Power came on after 3am. The one great thing is the location. Close to Universal and Disney World (15 mins no traffic). There are also some food options locally (Golden Corral and IHOP). Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location overall.. breakfast was just amazing.. However we didn't have enough kitchen supplies when moved in (not enough forks, spoons, mugs, no pan). Rooms are nice but super small (there were 7 of us). Nice private pool area

The staff was not polite or helpful when I asked then to add my IHG number at check out. The floors were sticky and dirty. There was no silverware in the room. There were drunk loud young adults laying on the floor in front of our bedroom window screaming and cursing. Not a good experience at all. There is no way this hotel has the rating that you showed on Expedia

We stayed 8 days, was very comfortable, only thing was don’t walk bare foot in the room, carpet is dirty-bottoms of our feet were dirty even after a shower, carpet is dark colored. Breakfast was superior, such a large variety of hot and cold. I would stay here again.

First night, I was very excited hospital was beautiful. I called front desk for extra blankets as there wasn’t extra in the room. Never received them tried calling again no answer I unfortunately had to sleep with no blankets as I handed it over to my kids so they won’t be cold through the night. In the morning we woke up my son locked the safe and couldn’t get in I called front desk for help. And continue to express how I wasn’t satisfied with the service due to the inconvenience of last night. They took too long send someone so I had to call down again. Hotel is nice but highly disliked the non service given in a friendly time manner.
