“great stay great price”

The hotel is comfortable and clean and you can't beat the amenities for the price. free hot and cold breakfast, free internet, and free trans to the theme parks. and the location is perfect. close to restaraunts, shopping, and grocery. My family of 6 always book here. Great!

“Very Good value”

2nd year in a row. Good points- large suites very good value- includes a good breakfeast-more variety this year- free shutle buses which save on the $14 parking- near Old Town and stores. friendly staff and front desk. nice landscaping and off main hwy. main negative is housekeeping- once no washclothes and not enough towels. another time no service until we called after 3pm. when checking out multiple ppl asked at check out time if we were readdy to leave. Overall good value and will probably stayy again for the value andsize of the suite and location

“Will stay again”

Pillows were too hard. The 1st night our towels were not changed until we requested room service. The air unit was very loud and had to be repaired. Everything else was good.

“Breakfast is so good.”

Breakfast is so good. Located behind a very cheap looking gift shop and the entrance is not beautiful. But the room is roomy with 2 big flat screens.

“Will be going back next year”

This is the forth time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as good as ever. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for our family and perfect for our holiday. The free bar between 6 and 7 went down well and although the free breakfast didn't have a massive choice it was more than sufficient. The hotel is well placed for all the attractions and local restaurants. Old town is in walking distance and is worth a visit in the evenings and has live music weekends. We will be going back next year and we will deffanatly be staying at the royal parc suites.

“It was ok,,,”

The hotel is showing it's age now and really needs an upgrade to some of it's rooms. The breakfast isn't quite what it used to be but the food is good.

“Good for the Price”

Rooms are great. 2 rooms with 2 double beds and 2 full baths. No one had to wait. Breakfast was adequate. Cereal, muffins, danish, hard boiled eggs (tasteless), scrambled eggs, home fries(tasty), commercial waffles, french toast or pancakes; toast. Don't let them fool you with the term "concierge". Not by a long shot. To get the discounted tickets you needed to meet "certain citeria". Did not know where the car rental company was, which we later found out was less than a mile away. We did have one very big draw back. There was a leak in the bedroom in the middle of he day. The carpet was soaked within the hour. They did move us to a new room, the handicap room. Nice room though not as nice as first room. Next to the noisy elevator. For the hour when people are returning from the parks it is very aggravating.

Kissimmee by Old Town is nice. Shops and restaurants. Thrill rides.

“Very pleasant and affordable stay”

I felt that the suite we had was pleasant and clean. Even though the hotel was showing some evidence of aging, it was still very nice. We had good service and were always treated respectfully. I felt the price we paid for this suite was very reasonable. I would have expected to pay that much for a hotel room only at hotel that wasn't as nice as this. We were also treated to a full breakfast every morning. You don't get that at many places anymore! Thanks to all the hotel staff at Quality Suites- The Royale Parc Suites.

Getting around

I would suggest renting a car as part of your package. Getting around could be difficult if you are relying only on shuttles and the buses don't cover enough territory, although it is fun to ride the trolly. If we had not had a car we would have had quite a walk or an expensive taxi ride to our conference and to "The Holy Land Experience."

“Great bang for the buck”

Nice place! The kids loved the pool and the free morning meal (and it is a MEAL), and I love the location and price. The room was nice and it was clean. Don't get me wrong it is not as nice as a fancy Disney resort. But you sure get your monies worth out of this place. We did notice a lot of young adults and pre teens. If you don't like kids your probably in the wrong place. But we were right by the pool on ground leven and we had no issues with noise or wild kids. The place is nice...
