“Got there, left and booked a different hotel because it was so gross.”

We got there, checked in, saw the room and were grossed out. We went out to eat dinner and when we came back, the door was ajar - it was locked when we left!! Shady! The room was musty and the carpet stunk! We checked out shortly after and walked to another hotel near by and stayed there for the two nights instead.

“Cheap, but OK”

If you think you can stay in a cheaper hotel and not be surronded by kids, youre dead wrong. There were a fair number of folks living at this hotel also, but they seemed to be good people. All I really wanted was a clean hotel close to International drive and for that I had no problems staying here. It aint a Hilton....but it is not outrageously expensive per night, so you get what you pay for. The shower was great, plenty of hot water. The staff was very nice and took care of our needs with no problems. We spent little time in the room except for sleeping and if thats what you'd do then there shouldn't be a problem. The room was clean. I'd stay here again.

“Great Location but Did not Feel Safe”

The location is great close to the park and the main highway however, the family stated they did not feel safe due to the people who were staying there. In one of the rooms there was a party going on with prostitutes and loud music. My son-in-law heard just outside his door a woman's voice asking for him to come outside for "a good time." We were there to rest for a long trip and no one was able to rest due to the loud thumping music, loud talking and loud parties going on at the hotel! We did not feel safe there and was very glad to be out of there the next day. It's too bad because the hotel is at a great location. Just wish there was some way to keep the riff raff out of there.

“To dirty not maintenance”

I found cockroach in the refrigerator in the room, not maintenance.

This place sucks. The wifi didnt work. When we got there our bedding stunk. The furniture was in horrible condition. The TV didnt come in. Also, THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES. It is not a place to take your family on a disney vacation. I could go on and on about how bad of a hotel this. It should be brought to the attention of a health inspector. The only good thing is the price.

“I never can´t back”

I made a reservation of 3 apartments no smoking to 08/11/2011. We were very well attended on reception, but the problems began as soon as we enter in the rooms. Dirty carpets, telephones were not working in two apartments, even after the maintenance action. Baths poorly washed, with traces of the last bath. Both apartments with no connection to the Internet (Wi-Fi), which was only possible outdoors. A lot of dirt on the air conditioning which made me avoid linking them. The magnetic keys do not work on the next day it took the intervention of maintenance to enter the room The hotel needs a lot of care to become a "SPA", for which he was charged an extra fee of us$ 4.95. The location is excellent but We do not recommend this hotel to a friend.

“Good experience”

I love the location, very close to all the planned places I had in mind, bus stop just in front of it, restaurant next to hotel and groceries store as well, air conditioning good, bathroom as well. What I did not like was the service at the front desk from nightshift guy, he was so uncourteous talking to me and besides this I will say I feel proud to be LATINO and one of the latina girl at the front desk from the day did not want to talk to me in spanish saying she does not know spanish.. wowwwww that ready did not like me, as when you would like to get information in spanish and people who speak the idiom does not want to help you just because they live in the U.S.A.

This hotel has everything for close, is safe, comfortable, the recepcionistas is excellent!
