I’m a local and I also have a few short term rentals so we know the industry. Which that being said, Omni is our favorite hotel in Orlando. The pools, the property and the welcoming and hospitable staff warrant comebacks. The rooms are always clean. The gentle up-sell text messages for upgrades like add on nights or later check outs are smart and noninvasive. The all you can eat breakfast at Traverty located downstairs in hotel is fantastic with their delicious options. We come here every weekend for a night or two.

First time back since I was married at the hotel 13 years ago. The resort has expanded and it absolutely beautiful. Kids loved the heated pools(especially wve pool) even though it was chilly and rainy during our stay. The service was great too. Even had water and cookies in our room when we checked in.

I have been staying at the Omni at Championsgate since I was about 10 years old. It is unbelievable that 20 years later this hotel and managed to maintain not only the beauty/cleanliness of the facility and its rooms, but the impeccable customer service. The staff is so kind and helpful. This has remained our only option for lodging when we visit Orlando so big thank you to the Omni for being so consistent and reliable. We love you!

Great Hotel
Superb hotel, stayed here many times en-route down to Naples, no hesitation in recommending. Far enough out of Orlando and Kissimmee not to be surrounded by tack and expensive tourist attractions and shops but near enough if that is what you want. Very safe and secure with excellent facilities. The lazy river is great fun and the water is always warm.

This hotel is secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the Walt Disney resort area. The property is spacious and comfortable. There’s a golf course that you could walk around the outer perimeter and enjoy nature. They have kids putt putt, several different pools, including a tidle pool. The dining options are good. The restaurants are excellent.

There was a huge wedding happening - and unfortunately we were woken up each night at midnight and 13o am from the guests coming back from the wedding- also our hot water was not working properly in our room - and no ICE machine on the 14 th floor was working

Comfortable, quiet room. Nice view of the golf course, especially impressive at night. Excellent staff. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Well organized operations. For example, access to parking was with the room key. Checkout was done by using the room key to open the gate and depositing the room keys in a locked box. A bank of 6 elevators made quick work of getting to and from the rooms. WARNING! Most guests on the 13th floor thought they were actually on the 14th floor when they got off the elevator. heh, heh... Room lights were dim. Not a real savings with mandatory LEDs, but all lights were working. Edges of the mattress had low spots, probably from numerous people sitting there. Stiff back in the a.m. Bathroom had nothing to hold onto during a shower in a bathtub. Felt a little dangerous.

WHAT A WONDERFUL STAY! We took a long weekend trip to Orlando in order to take our children to some of the Disney parks. I’m so glad I did my research and decided to stay here instead of some of the other options. When we drove in, I felt like we were staying at a palace. The property is well-maintained with lots of curb appeal. This is similar to staying at an all-inclusive resort. There are multiple pools, golf, multiple restaurants, daily activities and a children’s camp. What more could you ask for? One day we spent an entire day at the Omni and still didn’t have enough time to do everything. We were never bored. The location is also very private and secure. Lastly, the food was amazing! Every meal we had was spectacular. We highly recommend making a reservations for David’s for dinner, at least once. My husband is also vegan, and were we so happy they have plenty of delectable options for him to eat as well. Needless to say, our entire family had a wonderful time. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Granted it’s not the cheapest hotel in the Orlando area, I felt the price was reasonable contingent on what we paid. We also set out to have a quality vacation and avoid some of the popular Orlando family hotels that are subpar, overrun and have bad reviews. Omni met all our expectations. We will return when in the area.
