Great place for families with small children. Dining left something to be desired small portions , not great breakfast.If you have a full kitchen we rain to Publix close by for some grocery shopping and it was perfect kitchen to make meals in. Also, restaurants close by to dine at.

We LOVED the kids activities and the pools. We did not know they were villas/condo type rooms but we appreciated the fact that they were spacious and we had the chance to bring food in and save a little money. Kids loved the hotel in general. Staff is hit and miss, everyone is generally rude or invisible, pool’s area staff is inexistent. At the lobby, staff treat you really well always with the exception of the people who try and try to sell you time shares.

So I am very picky about where I stay and this is not a 5 star but I was very happy with my choice. I think it could have been cleaner wide down door handles and cabinets in kitchen but I am very picky. This is a great place for kids anyone under the age of 12/13. Lots of activities to occupy the little ones

Incredible property. Everything was spotless, it was the cleanest property I've ever stayed at. The entire staff was so friendly and kind. The daily activities were fantastic, my kids are already asking when we can go back. Highly recommend!

From reservation, Bonnie, to the welcoming gate person, front desk, ground staff, cleaning staff, was just amazing service! We're always staying at hotels and by far this is the friendliest, welcoming and cleanest Marriott we've ever stayed at in Florida! Love it, that we're coming back after our cruise. Amenities and everyone were just excellent! Keep up the good work Marriott Harbour Lake.

Very nice resort. Front desk gentleman lacked customer service and made check in more difficult than needed. His counterpart tried to help him but he persisted. The room was great and all the amenities were great.

This is our 3rd time coming here even tho I tried to explore other hotels - Hilton grand vacation SeaWorld - this place wins all the way! Rooms are bright, comfortable, clean and tv are smart TV not only channels (hiltons TV was channel only which is in the current era is very poor). This place is truly kids- friendly with amazing pools and large splash area and lots of activities most of which are free and you can earn sand dollars that keep your kids occupied of course adult activities. I would like to thanks Jena and Devyn for being so friendly with kids! it just made our vacation fantastic!! They really knew what they are doing on top of that they were kind and friendly!! Also I would like to thanks Rodrigo he was friendly and served us well. Whether you are visiting Disney’s or just enjoying your time off this place in fun!! Service wise, I would like to thank Jena, Devyn and Rodrigo their awesome services at the pool and outside the pool! Ps don’t miss fit classes with Jena and the lovely lady that I forget her name but she did the class on Saturday 10: 15 !! We will come again with heartbeat. Overall 10/10

This property is a 10/10. It’s super close to all of the SeaWorld parks, but Universal and Disney are also both very close. The pools are very nice. There are daily activities scheduled all day long. Our Villa had a full kitchen, which was wonderful. I can’t say enough great things. We’ve found the place that we will try to book every year now!

Our family had a great time. It was quiet but fun. There was so much to do and activities to keep busy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The food is very expensive though.
