“comfort with style”

Just got back from a week here and was very impressed with the comfort and size of the rooms. Resort very clean and staff helpful. Pool a very good size but while we were there no sun on the pool but they have built a small walkway to a large subathing deck which is quiet and secluded and so solves the problem. We would deff stay here again..

“Exceeded by far my expectations”

Very spacious rooms, modern decoration, comfy furniture... It felt just like home! Quiet area to relax after long days of activities. We're coming back again. I highly recommend it.

“Fantastic deal!”

“Great place to stay for more than one night”

Excellent hotel to stay in for more than a day or two. The 1 bedroom suite I stayed in came with a side by side fridge, dishwasher, over the range microwave, electric smoothtop stove and a stacked washer dryer unit. The kitchen even had cups, plates, cookware and silver ware. The beds were comfortable and clean with plenty of pillows. The bathroom and kitchen had granite countertops and were very well maintained. The tub has water jets that were quite nice to soak in. The only thing I didn't like was the curtains in the room were not completely opaque, more like semi-transparent if you had the light on in the room. Once the lights were off they did a good job of keeping out prying eyes. This was literally the only fault I could find with the room.

“not happy with hotel ;(”

beds were dirty and most employees could not speak english. employees could not give me directions to arrive at hotel. We had to call housekeeping several times due to big roach on bed among other things. it was a less than medium experience and I would spend my money else where. they charge for cribs or any extra stuff you may need that most hotels provide you with. the shuttle service was very limited and was offered 1 time the whole day.

“Fantastic, perfect for larger families”

Love the layout of the rooms, as well a the furnishings. We could have stayed a month without issue. Very comfortable, particularly the beds. Friendly staff.

“Lake Eve - An awesome resort!!!!!”

Everything about this resort is great! It is located on the not-so-busy stretch of International Drive, but the rest of I-Drive and downtown Orlando is easily accesible by the Trolley or the bus system. The staff were friendly, the service was impecable and the room was perfect. Very nice restaurant and room service with a smile. You can find all the comforts of home in the room, which, other than the thought of having to leave at some point, feels as good as home. There are terrific views of the lake and the atmosphere is quiet, very family-friendly. The entire interior of the hotel is clean, looks cared for and the swimming pool area is well maintained. The pool-side bar is a great spot to enjoy a cold drink. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury on a budget, because it's quite affordable and reasonably priced. Free shuttle to Disney is provided and the service is reliable. This was my second time at this particular resort and I would definitely return again. I stayed in the two-bedroom suite and it is quite remarkable. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Area recommendations

There are literally hundreds of places to go in Orlando, Disney, Universal, the water parks, Gatorland and many many others. Kennedy Space Center is an awesome place to visit. It is spectacular!

Getting around

I did not even get a car rental for my trip, because other than the small inconvenience of waiting for the Trolley or the buses, you can get to almost any spot in the city literally for pennies. Check out the bus and Trolley maps and almost every place you want to go, one of the two will take you there.

“Great Hotel”

The rooms are huge. We had a 2 room suite, King and 2 double beds. You have a great kitchen and they even offer to make your groceries. The hotel is well located. The parking is free and there is house cleaning included in the hotel price. However we weren't able to use the pool because they were kids 'till 11pm every night. I wish they would limit the time and leave it to the adults at night. Also, the wifi is lousy. I felt as if I was in 1995. Will return if I go back to Orlando.
