Good things: Overall, the resort and the facilities are available outside of the room, and customer service is available at the reception. There is cleanliness inside the hotel.
The things that need to improve (In comparison with the experience at JW Marriot in Vancouver, BC): 1) The room, as we pay a high price, we need at least decent space inside the room. After using Sofa bed we didn't have even moving space in the room; what is the point of having sofa bed then. 2) We ordered the food in the pool area, but they got the wrong order (Veggie burger with Bacon) after 50 minutes of waiting; the staff was not even apologetic for the wrong order and rudely asked us to wait as it might take longer. The cleanliness in the same restaurant was poor. 3) Room service is not as per the standards of JW Marriot. When we asked to fix the sofa bed as it was not opening, the staff came and asked us to do it ourselves and move the island ourselves. I never had these issues with other JW Marriot or Fairmont facilities.
