“NEED IMPROVEMENTS”

Do not have a wallrobe to hang clothing. No kettle inside room to boil water, I think some people needs hot water. These are basic requirements.

“good hotel i would stay there again if i go back to orlando.”

It was a good hotel, only problem i had is that the room didn't have a microwave in it i had to go in the lobby to warm up my food.

“beds are not clean”

the only drawback is that the bedding is not clean. We found some kind of dried "secretion" on the top sheet of the bedding. Of course, they changed the sheet after we called the front desk, however, very bad impression. Later, we found some hair in the bed and also in the bathing towels. These are enought for us not to recommend this hotel to others. Good things of this hotel are good location, free breakfast, free parking and saft. Also, the room is spacious and comfort.

“nicely refurbished”

clean, friendly staff, breakfast ok (continental only), now realize that this is Hyatt Place- smaller compact version of Hyatt. Room had a pull out couch, that was nice but BOOO, the water was only warm- never got a HOT shower. Close to lots of food choices and a quick drive to Seaworld

“Excelent”

Excellent hotel and location. Rooms completely comfortable. Very nice, very friendly staff. Although remodeling comes in the middle, I located the first night in a nearby hotel of very good quality.

“Great place to stay”

The staff at Hyatt were extremely friendly and helpful. After traveling all night, they were very welcoming and quickly got us checked in. Loved the spacious rooms, which we needed traveling with children. I do wish they had a laundry facility on site. Staying 5 days with 4 children required a trip to the laundry mat.

Area recommendations
The International Dr. is a great location. There is a lot to do in this area. It's also close to Universal Studios, which is the parks we visited.
Family-friendly activities
Having boys, no one was interested in visiting Disney. They all wanted to go to Universal Studios. I finally gave in and we went. Absolutely loved it!! I highly recommend it. We did go to downtown Disney but our children weren't too interested. We plan on making another trip to Universal Studios in the future.

“Extremely Friendly Staff...but”

Some of the friendliest hotel staff I have ever seen but the hotel itself is nothing much. Location to the Convention Center is conveinent, just a 10-15 min. walk. Room was a nice size but bedding was uncomfortable and scratchy and I had one warm shower in 4 days. Refrigerator was broke- but they did fix/replace it. Girls never sat out by the pool because it is completely shaded by the hotel- no sunny areas. And the elevator was extremely slow and hot! Breakfast buffet was poor. Price was good and hotel was nicely decorated and staff was friendly-with a few adjustments they could provide a better stay.

“Don't expect a real Hyatt hotel”

Very good location and breakfast, but the hotel is far away from the idea you have of a HYATT hotel. There is no safe in the room, if i would know it before I would have choose another hotel. The rooms are big and nice but all the hotel looks more like a very good motel better than a Hyatt hotel. There was a mistake with our reservation, but we fix it with only a free phone call to expedia.
