If you're a solo traveler and happened to get sick during your trip, this is the worst hotel to be at: phone didn't work, so I couldn't call Front desk, had to go in person (with fever and all) to get amenities or eat something. Grab and Go had very few food choices (only one sandwich), coffee was awful (it was a capsule, but super intense), housekeeping kept leaving only one capsule per day, and put the tissues back in the bathroom instead of leaving them where they where. Staff was very confused about my situation, like if it was their first day. No room service (I was supposed to order food in person from the lounge, where they didn't really have food, the restaurant was in the other tower). My first sick day I didn't have anything to eat all day and night (thanks for that). My advice? If you're travelling solo, be prepared to take care of your own needs. It's a good hotel in a great location, but not worth your money for the treatment received. Or maybe they should take better care of their staff, or put a sign on every phone saying the buttons don't work anymore.
