We left at 11 AM on Sunday, same time as dozens of other people. There was only one person operating the valet desk. We asked the checkout desk if somebody could come help, they said it was a third party company and they couldn’t come out and help. It took us 45 minutes to get our car. It’s too bad that a great experience was hampered on exit. We did enjoy the property, the location, and the cleanliness of the room. We would stay there again, we would just self park.

My stay at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area Resort was absolutely delightful. The resort's cleanliness was impeccable, and its proximity to Disney Springs made exploring the area a breeze - just a short walk across the pedestrian bridge! Once I parked my car, I didn't need it again until check out, thanks to the convenient location. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall warm atmosphere of the resort. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway with top-notch service and convenience.

The room was old and musty. I asked for an upgrade still same issue dirty musty!!!!! Never staying there again . The staff by the pool was great. The concierge was awful waited for over an hour for assistance. Not a happy guest.

Our family enjoyed our trip. This location is very convenient. You have good options in the hotel but can easily walk over to Disney Springs for anything you need. Our room was clean and comfortable. Will be back again! Thank you

Property is clean but dated. It's a fairly large hotel but the only full service restaurant is a Benihana's, and it's a really poor Benihana's.

Very close to Disney springs and there’s a free shuttle to Disney parks, which was very convenient and really helpful. The hotel looks amazing with a fabulous lobby but our room was really old and disappointing once we got in. We didn’t spend much time there, so no big deal but it had the absolute minimum and no microwave. They kept forgetting something every day - blanket or coffee, so we kept having to ask for stuff. Pools are big and towels are provided, we didn’t need much more than that. We had a good stay but expected a bit extra from a fancy Hilton.

After checking in upon entering the room, hair was found on the toilet seat and a few hairs in the bathtub. The next morning after house keeping came in, the hairs found in the bathtub were in the same position meaning tub was not cleaned. Also room temperature was warm although thermostat marked at 68 degrees. On a positive note, great water temperature and pressure in the shower

We booked here last minute after having to leave another hotel, and the entire experience was great. The room and property were in great shape, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in the future.
