I reserved this room for an employee, I did not stay there. But, as soon as he checked in, he found his room to have a bad smell so requested another room. The management gave him another room, but the second room was very dirty. I won't go into the details, but was completely unacceptable. Because I booked the room via Expedia and had paid in full for his stay, they would not give me a refund so he had to stay there the full week. He was given a 3rd room, which was only marginally better and by then his confidence in the hotel was nil. In addition to the issues with the rooms, the general manager was not sympathetic and basically told him too bad. I have employees who travel to this area often, but will never book in this hotel again. Although the rest of the hotel was ok, lack of cleanliness of the rooms is non-negotiable. Do better.
