I dont recommend this place to anyone, well maybe my ex girlfriend! The rooms AC system was not working. The place was to muggy and the floors were dirty. In top of that the door was broken. It wouldn’t open properly and close properly. The baseboards were coming off from the walls. And the place had a musty smell. I travel for work and pleasure and this would be the first and last time I stay at this place. The pictures on their web site don’t add up to what it is in person!!

Our recent stay at Floridays, unfortunately, fell short of expectations due to several maintenance issues that significantly detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, a pervasive problem throughout the room was the persistent leakage from all the toilets. It was disheartening to witness water continuously trickling, not only wasting precious resources but also causing inconvenience. Additionally, the faucets in the shower were faulty, leading to constant dripping and unnecessary water wastage. This issue not only impacted the environment but also disrupted any hope of a relaxing shower experience. Moreover, the condition of the ceramic tiles was disappointing. They were alarmingly sticky, resulting in my white socks becoming soiled daily. This not only marred the aesthetic appeal of the room but also raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. On a positive note, the room itself showed promise and potential. However, the plumbing issues significantly overshadowed any positives. It is evident that the hotel could save a substantial amount on water bills by promptly addressing and rectifying these plumbing malfunctions. Investing in upgrading the plumbing infrastructure would not only enhance the guest experience but also demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management. In conclusion, while the room had its merits, the persistent plumbing issues greatly diminished its appeal. I sincerely hope that the management takes proact

Our room was near the smaller pool which was quieter. Property was very well maintained. Location of resort was excellent in terms of grocery stores etc. It was also a short drive to Disney Springs which we went to twice. Few minor issues (out of towels at both pools by noon, difficult to maintain hot water in one of the showers). Overall it was a great resort.

Check in was great, Great desk staff and our VIP status landed us a complimentary bottle of Wine. We had a late check-in after a late flight so when we checked into the room in the fartherst building from the office and noticed right as we walked in that it was a bit musty. As we walked through the floors were sticky and unmopped and still had visible dirt and confetti on the floors and carpets. There was food stuck to the island and the mirrors were very smeared. Being as late as it was and a drive to the office my husband did not want to call and load up to go back to the desk (as we should NOT of had to). We made the decision to use the equipment provided (even though the vac bag was full and smelled) and the sanizing wipes we brought on the trip to clean the room quick. The next day we realized there was a whole plethora of poor condition amenities in our room. The kickplate on the dishwasher was broken and made it difficult to open the door. The display on the microwave was glitched so you couldnt see what time to set or what time was left for cooking. The light on the outdoor fan didnt work so we couldn't enjoy the patio in the evening. The jets in the tub had mold, the shower door casing was loose making it difficult to close the door. The bed had a broken spring in the bottom corner and the towels were tattered and discolored. Thank goodness our stay didn't have us in the room for long periods of time. For the price paid I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
