“Good Hotel and a good price.”

We were at this hotel for 8 days occupying three rooms and we were very satisfied with the services. Efficient waitresses who served us on request. Internet is available in our rooms.The only flaw seems to be in the cleaning of carpets, need to be washed and sanitized. Problems with the shower of our apartments, resolved to maintain. I plan to return soon and recommend to my friends.

We recommend all attractions in Orlando.

Outdoors or beach

We recommend Cocoa Beach and San Agustine. Tampa is also a beautiful city.

“November Holiday....But not at this hotel”

The Hotel is well situated. The rooms in the 3000 block are very dated and tired, they need a good painting and clean up. The next door site is a building site and there is no view of the lake as the website shows.

“Never Go Back!!!”

This was the worst service I ever had at a hotel...NeverGoBsck is ny motto. The bed broke less than 10 minutes of being in the room. Management felt the need to mal me all the way to the room to visually verify I was being truthful. The rooms are completely outdated & trashy. Ask to see the rooms before ever agreeing to stay.

“not impressed!”

We have just returned from our stay at the Enclave Suites. The hotel is in a great location for local attractions and shopping etc but I would not recommend this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and gave good service but the condition of our room left a lot to be desired. It was nice to have a balcony but the furniture was stained and the bed uncomfortable and the room was not really clean and was dated. I would say that I was glad to leave! If they could just overhaul the rooms and keep them nice and clean it would be the ideal hotel for the price. The cleaning staff were nice and nothing was too much trouble, so I have no issues there but was very disappointed with the condition of the room.

“So so”

After spending a great deal of time trying to find the hotel with the wrong directions supplied by expedia, we were not at all impressed with the hotel. Personel are nice and polite, rooms are not very clean, continental breakfast came in a little plastic bag containing apples, oranges and some sort of rice crisps. Together with some aple juice. No coffee or milk. I would only recommend This hotel for people that want to stay really close to universal studios and do not expect much from the place you spent a night at.

“Good family value”

brilliant location close to numerous eating places and sovenier shops half way between Universal and Sea World and Hotel lays on shuttle busses. Some minor plumbing problems in room but soon resolved by front desk, rooms a little tired looking but clean and comfortable for all the time spent in them overall good family based hotel in great location

“Excellent in its price level”

Rented a One Bedroom Suite last week and it had everything needed. Hotel had all necessary stuff for a stay in Orlando, and the kitchen and balcony is a plus. Located in a very good location near everything. Although the sofa is not in its pristine days, room was cleaned daily. Common areas are very well maintained and cleaned and there is a parks' tickets representative in the lobby where youcan get good deals for Universal, Bush Garden, Sea World and others.

Area recommendations

I'll recommend International Dr area because it looks more centric, quiet and safe. Although Kissimmee is very accessible and centric, too, it does not look that safe. Both have lots of places to eat or shop last minute items.
