“Great Hotel ! Poor Location”

I have no complaints at all regarding the Hotel, or its staff. In fact it was a great hotel with friendly helpful staff. My only criticism is related to the location itself, which I felt was inconvienent to travel anywhere except the airport. We did not have a car, so travel anywhere was expensive, eg... a return trip to the Kennedy Space Center by a transport service cost us in excess of $200 plus gratuities, so a trip to Disneyworld was out of our budget. Given the location of the Hotel, a solution would be for the Hotel to arrange a cost effective service through an outsourced company to provide reasonable rates to the surrounding attractions.

“Convenient”

We stayed here as we had a very early morning flight. The hotel offered a free airport shuttle which was excellent. The sofabed we slept on was extremely uncomfortable, other than that we were happy with the hotel. Free use of the internet in the business centre downstairs was a bonus!

“comfort to the max”

Nice hotel the staff were very friendly and the breakfast for free was a big plus not to mention the managers reception with free drinks .

“Stay night before cruise”

Very nice stay! Shuttle collected our family from airport. Beautiful room! Shuttle also took us to and from dinner to local restaurant in the rain. :-) Shuttle service also arranged next morning transport to port for cruise and from port after cruise to airport. Hotel had the BEST included breakfast we've ever had! Absolutely great. We would stay here again happily! Thank you!

“Value for money”

Handy location to airport. Once we sorted out the busses we were OK. Nice staff. Big room, big bed, nice (complimentary) breakfast.

“Great for our one night stay before cruise!”

We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to our cruise. The shuttle service was wonderful! The driver even offered and took us to a restaurant to grab dinner after we dropped off our bags in our room! The room was great for the price. Bed was comfortable enough, and we had plenty of space.the complimentary breakfast was great as well, we especially loved the made to order omeletes. This hotel worked great for us :)

“Very Happy”

We booked an Airport Hotel as we were arriving late the evening before taking a weeks accommodation at a Disney Resort. The hotel was easy to find, served a late, and enjoyable, snack and the room was spacious and comfortable. In the morning the cooked to order breakfast was excellent. Great variety for a buffet. We would happily have spent our entire vacation there.

“A perfect solution to early morning flights”

Firstly, we were impressed with the overall airport hotels' location in Orlando. There was a variety of affordable eating places to chose from, many of which were suitable for families. We were quite comfortable walking around the general environs, which is has seldom been our experience with airport hotels ... Orlando is to be complimented. Embassy Suites staff were helpful and pleasant, the junior suite very suitable to our needs for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, as was the pool and facilities. We would have no hesitation in returning should we be in the area again.

Area recommendations
We enjoyed visiting the Space Centre and Cocoa Beach areas during our brief stay in Florida. Our primary reason was taking a caruise out of Orlando so we actually were only in Florida for a total of 4 days.
