For the most part everything was great. Only complaint is parking. Parking is horrible took 45 min to find a parking spot in the resort parking lot.

Not a natural room layout. Very odd. Microwave was shoved in a nightstand next to the bed. The water in the shower didn’t stay warm. Terrible problem with parking. Felt very unsafe. Had to walk very far to get to our room. Won’t stay here again.
I liked how close was to the airport and entertainment areas. I didn't like the pictures from the websites are not comparable, the floor next to the AC was stain and there was water on the balcony. The hotel charge a fee for parking and that was not mention on the webside when doing the reservation. Thank you
The breakfast was phenomenal and the servers were great and kind

Area ok and breakfast ok not the greatest but ok
Nice balcony, nice gardens and vibes, amazing breakfast, sweet pool n bar, affordable, welcoming staff, great cookies, beautiful lobby and an easy drive to the parks :)
This property is in the middle of everything. It’s an $18 Uber to Universal or any of the Disney parks. Good free breakfast and great staff. Rooms are good. Bathroom has a bit of a mildew smell, but I think it is the bathfitters they installed, not a cleanliness issue. Good value for your money.
It was a nice atmosphere and everyone got along in peace . There were accessible transportation to the airport and it was a good time away

The property itself was nice however it was impossible to find parking the first night. We also did not have hot water for one night and the next morning of our stay.
Was not able to get any sleep as was too noisy. First bad experience from a Hilton property. After advising the staff no help. Please avoid specially when given a villa room instead of room in tower how the property advertises.
The property was really nice. Loved the ease to get to other parks. The breakfasts buffet was great. Eggs a little runny but overall good meal. Well organized staff in the restaurant. Check bedding before you go to bed. Had to request new bedding. I give them a 7 out of 10 this trip.
Checkin was great & the staff was welcoming the parking is horrible and 30$ USD per night. Rooms were clean, the water STINKS. We have Unauthorized charges on card that they wont help with & staff was rude with us when we called about it. Broken elevator in the tower some people on our floor waited over an hour for the elevator because they were not physically capable of walking 15 flights. Breakfast line ups are out of the world.
The body wash dispenser was empty, and there was no trash can in the bathroom. I had to keep walking back and forth with my used femslestisdye to dispose of it in the living room area's garbage can. Wifi connection was horrible.
The rooms badly need to be updated. Felt like a Motel 6.

The front desk was excellent but as far as the cleanliness of the rooms were horrible the housekeeping staff was rude what saved this place was the front desk staff

The amenities offered were amazing. I also loved how my family and I had a 6 AM flight that we missed so we were actually able to call the hotel and extend our check out and they had an option to extend all the way till 4 PM for $20 an additional hour it was great And it helped us rest a little more to catch our next flight at 7 PM that night .

Room was not ready when we arrived. No cookies (doubletree is famous for this as part of their welcome), but worst of all they charge $30 for parking and the lot near the tower is so far beyond capacity (there were cars parked outside of spaces and even in the fire lane) that I had to park on the other end of the property with a 5-8 minute walk in the dark, carrying luggage, with my young daughters to get to our room. When I called to advise them of the problem (after a significant hold time) they explained that it was busy tonight but may get better tomorrow (when we are checking out). The parking situation is not only unsafe but it is unexpected for a hotel that charges that amount for parking, with a resort fee on top of their normal rate as well. Very disappointed and not at all like the doubletrees we have visited in the past.

The rooms are pretty nice, the staff is great, but watch for the hidden fees and extra charges. That happens a lot in any big city hotel, but it has happened to me twice at this location.

The AC was dirty and had dirt inside. The bathroom had hairs on the back of the toilet seat. The room smelled musty and the bathroom shower flooded because the water was not draining. Took a shower in a pool of water under my feet. The bed squeaks.

During check in, we observed other guests being offered their "famous cookies" as well as coupons at the end of the check in process. The staff member helping them seemed very professional and attentive. When it was our turn, we were waved over by a new staff member who was on the phone. We booked and paid for a king bed but unfortunately they did not have what we paid for available and had to change us to a double queen room- no big deal. He continued to talk on the phone through the whole check in process. He did not explain the fees and just said "for liability" tapping on the credit card screen. The next morning, I checked my account and was charged $95.02. I called and the staff member explained the charges but the charge was not communicated to us at check in. We did not receive the same treatment as the other guest checking in with a different staff member nor the cookies or coupons. Arriving to our room, we found the beds wrinkled and not properly made (like someone had sat or laid on the made bed). There were not any washcloths or trash bags in the trashcans. The room worked for our needs as far as being a place to sleep. We did not get to use the pool or resort fee items so we can not comment on those. The overall look and feel of the lobby was nice and seemed clean.
