Special Check-In Instructions

Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive boarding passes at the hotel. This service accepts one bag per passenger on JetBlue. Guests wishing to check multiple bags on JetBlue or any bags on AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, or US Airways must call 407-284-1231 (5 AM - 11 PM) to pay luggage fees prior to check-in, or guests can check bags at the airport. Guests must pre-book Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel. Visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA for registration. This service picks up and delivers luggage directly to guestrooms for those arriving between 5 AM - 10 PM. Guests must claim their own bags after hours.

Rooms have furnished balconies or patios with views of the resort's parking area, garden, pool, or lake. Design details include headboards in the shape of a ship's wheel and other nautical accents.

“Great Disney World property Resort”

“we will return some other time”

the hotel is nice, the service was good too, but for the price we paid we expect at least free continenetal breakfast and free internet service, the pool should have better hours.

“Outstanding as usual”

Just back from 3 nights at the Yacht Club. We have been staying here for 10 years and would not dream of staying anywhere else. Service is 5 star. The rooms are showing there age a bit - bathrooms especially are due for re-do. But overall, fantastic.

“Disney's Yacht Club”

Room rate was very expensive for a standard room but the pool area and proximity (short walk) to Epcot was great. Transportation via ferry also very convenient. The $15 charge per 24 hours of internet is ridiculous considering the price of the room and it wasn't even wireless. Overall enjoyable but we expected to pay more for location and comfort.

“LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!”

I have stayed at alot of disney's hotels & this was one of my favorite. The main pool was crowed but we had a pool outside out room & it wasnever crowed. It was always kept clean. Never any towels laying around.

“Disney's Yacht Club”

When we arrived to chech-in we were greated by a cast member who took us to the Consierge Level. We had been upgraded! It was wonderful. Check-in was easy and efficient. The room was not ready so we checked our bags and headed to EPCOT. I called a couple of hours later and the room was ready. Great room. Great View!! Love the balcony. Well worth it in my opinion.

“Can't wait to go back and bring my kids!”

I have been to Disney at least 5 times in my life and stayed in multiple Disney property hotels. This time around was for a business trip. This by far is my favorite hotel! I absolutely LOVED the yacht club! It was very clean, the room was perfect, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool looked very inviting (wasn't able to relax by it due to work). The boardwalk was beautiful and was walking distance to multiple hotels and to Epcot. It is ferry accessible to other parks as well. Each night, I was able to see the Epcot fireworks. Plenty of places walking distance to eat, shop, and play. I plan on returning with my children next year and I will definately be staying at the yacht club.
