Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive boarding passes at the hotel. This service accepts one bag per passenger on JetBlue. Guests wishing to check multiple bags on JetBlue or any bags on AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, or US Airways must call 407-284-1231 (5 AM - 11 PM) to pay luggage fees prior to check-in, or guests can check bags at the airport. Guests must pre-book Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel. Visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA for registration. Dining

Shutters - This casual, table-service restaurant features Caribbean-inspired specialties and tropical drinks such as tangerine margaritas and mango mojitos. Entrées range from an all-American prime rib to oven-roasted jerk chicken and teriyaki-marinated tofu stir-fry. Desserts include a French-toast bread pudding with caramelized roasted bananas and coconut ice cream. Dinner only.

Market Street Food Court - Perfect for families, this food court features four counter-service windows with everything from burgers and subs to cinnamon buns. The spacious dining room seats 500, and an outdoor patio is available. A Grab-N-Go Market is also available at this dining location.

Banana Cabana - This poolside bar, which is open most of the day, features frozen specialty drinks and other alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Light snacks are available.

“Disney Resort Fun”

We only stayed for a short weekend, but it was fun. The room was nice, and the kids really enjoyed the different pools. Port Royale with its shops, restaurants, and arcade were fun. The little sandy beach by each of the village pools was nice and relaxing with its hammocks; the views were beautiful with the wrap-around river and lighthouse. We really enjoyed sitting by the pool late into the night. The only downfall was the noise from the outside during the night with people moving around as the room doors face outside. But we still slept well. The different-named villages were a nice touch and it was very easy to take the shuttle to Downtown Disney and the parks. You always feel special staying at a Disney resort.

“just OK Hotel, centrally located”

The hotel is just ok, but for a Disney hotel I expect a little more wow! The caribean theme is underplayed, overall the hotel and grounds are nothing very special. It looks like a very large motel complex with a non-swimmable beach/lake. Pool is nice and large with some waterslides for both very young and tweens. Cafeteria is crowded in the Am after 7:30. Concierge very useful. The hotel is close to Downtown Disney (by car) but really not close to anything within walking distance. Overall, would recommend for moderate budget if won't spend a lot of time at the hotel, but would suggest to spend extra for a more upscale theme Disney Hotel which is within walking distance of at least 1 Park.

“A nice place”

We found this to be an overall nice hotel. The rooms were adequate but not great and it was clean. The service throughout the resort was good - what you would expect from a Disney resort. The only downfall is there is no wi-fi service but I was told they are working on it.

“Caribbean Beach was great”

I was mostly satisfied by the hotel. The location, the size and the amenities were all good. The room was a little worn and could use touch ups on paint, etc. Also, I'd reserved a king size bed and got two full-sized instead which was not very comfortable for my husband and me. Other than that, excellent stay.

I went to Orlando on business and stayed at the Disney Caribbean Beach Resort. Perfectly nice place to stay on business or pleasure.
