Resort Airline Check-In Service allows guests to check luggage and receive boarding passes at the hotel. This service accepts one bag per passenger on JetBlue. Guests wishing to check multiple bags on JetBlue or any bags on AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Northwest, United, or US Airways must call 407-284-1231 (5 AM - 11 PM) to pay luggage fees prior to check-in, or guests can check bags at the airport. Guests must pre-book Disney's Magical Express, a complimentary transfer from the Orlando airport to the hotel. Visit www.disneysmagicalexpress.com/USA for registration. End Zone Food Court - The resort's quick-service food court offers five separate stations serving a variety of American fare from pizza and salads to sandwiches, rotisserie-chicken dishes, and family dinner platters. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks are available every day in the sports-themed concession area.

Team Spirits - This bar serves snacks and refreshments next to one of the resort's pools.

“Wish We Would Have Known Pop Warner Football Teams Would Be Staying There”

The hotel was better than we expected for the "Value" category of the Disney Resorts, so we had no complaints as far as comfort/amenities. However, we had no idea the resort was where hundreds of Pop Warner football players, coaches and parents were staying, and the noise level was off the charts. By 11:30 p.m., when it was clear that we would not be getting any sleep any time in the near future, we asked if we could change to a room further away from all of the noise. The front desk informed us that the entire resort would be loud, so they proceeded to upgrade us to a better Disney resort free of charge. We were very impressed by their efforts to please us and we ended up having a great time at Walt Disney World. Had the noise not been an issue, we feel the All-Star Sports Resort would have been just fine for the limited amount of time we were actually in our room.

“would rather not go back”

We check in to get our room they gave us the wrong room number so i called the hotel instead of lugging all our stuff down stairs we get the correct room which is on the other side of the complex then it was not what we order we ordered a king size bed and they give us 2 full size beds go down stairs and tell them our rooms not right they fixed it which was great. the next morning were getting up to check out we were in the middle of getting dressed and we get a knock on the door we cant get to the door fast enough til she opened the door on us and just wanted to know when we were leaving. it wasnt even 9 am yet.

“Disney”

My son loves sports, so all star sports resort was my first pick. I was extremely excited to see his face when we got to the hotel. Just like I thought he was super excited. I'm glad that was my first choice,Overall the hotel was pretty cool. The service was okay. I was just a little mad about the phone charge of fifty dollars for two phone calls from my phone card that was less than a minute long.

The employee who checked us in at the hotel, the All Star Sports Resort, is named Alyssa. She was thorough, friendly, funny, and helped us to gain excitement about our stay. In short, as the first contact at the hotel, we were really impressed and enjoyed her service in checking us in!

Events and shows

We attended Mickeys Christmas Party and it was awesome!!! We stayed at the All Star Sports and the location, transportation and room were great. The castle was the most beautiful I have ever seen it. The shows and the fire works were amazing. Can't wait to go back.

“Clean and comfortable”

The young gentleman that checked us in, Tyler from Englewood, FL, was soooo helpful in checking us all in (19 people in 4 rooms). He was always pleasant and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and while the room was a little small, we were on property and got to take the bus to the park, so it was a wash :o) Thanks for the memories.
