“good place to stay,near everythings”
have a great time
“Overall Good”
I like staying at a Disney Hotrl for the convenience however paying 3 times as much as a hotel in Kissimmee and they being charged $10.00 per day for wifi access that is free in the most basic hotels is excessive.
“confortable”
The hotel is nice breakfast is expensive, thanks God there is a Mc Donalds near. Good place for kids, you can take great pictures there. My kids would like to stay again there. I prefered Disney´s Pop Century Resort.
“Vacation”
overall for the price that we paid for , the rating is average..
“Would definitely go back!”
My kids were extremely excited to see the decorations. We stayed in the Toy Story area of the hotel and had a blast playing make believe with the statues. There are so many picture opps throughout the hotel. I loved the shuttle services which saved on gas. The store inside the hotel made it convenient for last minute gifts. When my son got an extreme high fever the first night, the manager immediately opened the hotel store at 4 a.m.and comped medicine and juice for my sick 4 year old stating, "we just want him to get well, so hurry and get him those meds". The manager knew I had another child in the room so he made sure to send juice for her too. They even called the next day to check on him. I thought the gesture was very polite, impressive and greatly appreciated. The rooms are not bigger than an average hotel room, but are decorated to go with the theme and was very clean. We didn't get to spend much time at the resort to experience all they had to offer since every day was devoted to another park. My suggestion is to add a day of your trip to devote to the resort so you can experience it all. The room was a 3, the staff was a 5, the memories were a 5+.
“Not impressed”
Nice grounds, but not what we expected for the money
“It's so so.”
The resort is ok. It's of relatively low price and nice value. For those who want to enjoy a resort in Disney without spending too much money, this would be a decent choice. However, it's not exactly as what I expected. The room is a little small and old. The food in the food court is a bit expensive for its medium quality. And it's extremely far away from the main Disney park. Overall, it's just so so. If I am going there next time, I would definitely choose another one.
“poor”
no heat on swimming pool bad service in restaurants all of them rest is ok
“Next year again!”
Good hotel and excelent servives.
“Great for kids”
Great hotel for young kids...close to the parks, fun pool, great movie decor, friendly staff.
