Of course it also offers great value for your money. After a long and hot day in the theme parks there really is nothing better than relaxing a pool on a sunny Florida evening.
All are privately owned and are therefore individual in their specifications. The detached villas all have the following as standard: private pool, off street parking, full kitchen, pots, pans utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cable TV, telephone, ding table and chairs.
Pool heat is an optional extra.
The apartments all have kitchens with facilities as above except the smaller units (one bedrooms only) do not necessarily have a dishwasher. the communal pool will be heated during the winter months usually until the end of March. All have free parking.
Baby equipment can be hired at an extra charge.
All our properties have local management companies and the key collection will be on or off resort. Some offer optional insurance against any damage or loss to the property. It is a requirement that the management holds the leaders cc details against loss or damage to the property as they do in all hotels.
