“will stay there in the future”
Street signage not very good had to stop at another hotel accross the street to ask for directions. Only a small sign covered by foliage. Room very clean and the best bed we had in the two weeks we were in Florida.
“orlando”
the curtains had holes in them and were cheap!!!!!!! The paint color of the room was a gross mustard gold yellow and second DIFFERENT color on the attached wall. Poor choices for smoothly comfort setting.
“Perfect for early morning flight”
We needed a good, inexpensive room close to the airport to make catching our early-morning flight more convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient, the shuttle service was prompt and quick. Despite construction in the lobby area, the staff did a good job of making everything happen. We were able to walk to one of several nearby restaurants for a pleasant dinner.

Room at Courtyard Orlando was ready on time, spacious and clean with a comfy bed, an abundance of fluffy towels and a heated pool, also spa. Thought a bar/cafe would have been good, but believe it was under construction. Airport transport and good location for reasonable restaurants such as TGIF with its happy hours and Longhorn superb steak and salads. Would definitely go back and also try other Courtyards because this was so good.

A great hotel if you are passing through for a short stay and need to be near the airport. Only breakfast is available and a tiny shop in the lobby sells sandwiches. If you are staying longer and prefer a hotel with more F&B options then this is not for you. I was however very very impressed with the General Manager who overheard me asking the front desk receptionist about getting a cup of coffee. The in room directory mentioned that coffee was available in the lobby but when I asked he said there was none. The General Manager who seemed to be on her way out, heard and immediately offerred to get me some. She carried it to where I was sitting and later even came back and offerred me a second cup. This is what hospitality is all about and she could teach a lot of people a few things I am sure. This is the kind of thing that sends me back to an establishment even if it does not have everything you need. Overall the front desk staff were very open, helpful and friendly. I was not successful in connecting to the internet in the room. It was free and because I was only staying one night, I did not bother to contact the front desk for help. The directory also mentioned a newspaper being delivered to room but there was nothing outside my door in the morning however there were papers available free of charge in the lobby. Also very useful to have the airport shuttle to the hotel which is prompt and the drivers are the best. I will use this hotel again.
“They did good”
I had a slight problem with a credit card and they were very courteous and kind. Turns out that my card company suspected identity theft and turned it off-- I was impressed with how the staff politely and respectively handled the situation. The hotel was really close to our car rental return and did exactly what I had hoped ...

“Very Nice”
We only stayed for one night but found the hotel was very clean and comforatable. It is within walking distance to several restaurants although you do have to cross a busy multi-lane street to get to most of them. We purchased the stay that included breakfast and the breakfast was quite nice. We would stay again if we needed to stay close to the airport.
