“Excellent break.”

Hotel was extremely satisfactory, deserves a third star. It has friendly staff, was quiet, clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus and extremely appreciated good start to a busy day. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. Location is good as well, close to everything but yet far enough away for a little peace. Good all round service thanks to all the staff and would recommend :)

They need to do some heavy duty cleaning

Before christmas is the best time to go to disney not many people there.

“Orlando Hotel”

This hotel was very nice and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was so good as well. We were very pleased.

Area recommendations
Visit the two outlet malls for shopping. The shopping was excellen!

“good pick for budget concern”

This is a not bad hotel with free parking, wifi and breakfast. Things to consider include noisy air condition and those annoying closing door sound from other rooms. 5 min drive to Universal Studio and 15-20 min drive to Walt Disney World.

“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES! NEVER GO THERE!!!!”

THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOT AT A HOTEL! I STRONGLY RECOMMENT FOR PEOPLE NOT TO GO THERE. FIRST OFF THE ROOMS SMELL HORRIBLILY. SECONDLY WE HAD TICKETS DROPPED OFF AT THE HOTEL FOR US AND THEY HAD A VAULE OF $400 AND THEY WERE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL AND WE LOST OUR TICKETS WITH NO EXPLANATION! WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE WE KNOW NOT TO GO. WE WILL DEFERENTIALLY BE CALLING THE DISTRICT MANGER TO TELL THEM WHAT KIND OF SERVICE AS EMPLOYEES THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM! NEXT TRIP WILL BE TO THE WYNDHAM HOTEL

“great spot for universal and outlet shops.”

very good value hotel for price, good location with good service, staff friendly , our room was a suite well worth it, only slight negative was breakfast very basic but considering room rate to be expected. great extra was free internet. although shuttle to universal is free only one bus to there and one back when park closes, at least one extra trip should be added.

Area recommendations
stay near top of international drive for universal studio's and outlet shops stay at bottom of international drive and lake buena vista for disney, else where involves lots of driving etc, These area's contain most of the better hotels and theme parks, if your limited to time do not stay near city or northen suburbs. Lots of fast food and resturants in area, check menu prices before ordering as lots advertise specials in windows but when you sit down, they are not available or conditions and lots add on 18 % tips and still expect extra tip ?? even when sevice very average.

“no near resterants”

no hotel resterant, none close enough to walk to. Shuttle to Universal studios broke down twice on the same trip, another time 20min late to pick us up. Hotel rooms ok clean but elevators diry.
