“Very Affordable”
It's not a 5 star hotel, but location is very important and the cost was great! It's my second stay here. I'd consider staying at this hotel again if I have a tight budget.
“Not the place to be”
The rooms are very dark. No light bulbs in the lamps The toilets don't flush properly. The rooms are very old.
“rat hole”
Rude front desk lady! Look out its a dump hotel that takes your ID and Visa card and makes copies of it.
“Please pass on it...”
The hotel has the potential to be pretty good...it needs tons of renovations both small and large. I had lizards in my room and a bunch of spiders...luckily I am a nature person. I was traveling alone and its pretty dark and secluded at night. Only only good thing is that it is pretty close to the attractions and it is right off a main road so it is highly accessible.
“needs maintenance and updating”
The staff that we dealt with with pleasant, Ellen in the restaurant was great. The 1/2 gap under the door would let in lizards etc. Whoever does the painting and maintenance isn't very skilled or doesn't care. But the biggest complaint was the noise, both from unruly guests and emergency vehicles. This property has a good location but lacks proper maintenance. A good renovation is in order here. There was also an unexplained $10.00 charge on my card from this hotel.
“Pass on this hotel”
Nasty Hotel, dirty beds, bad customer service!
“Worst service ever!!!”
First of all when we made the reservation it was suposed to be to beds and one sofa bed. we had a dog and they send us to a room with only 2 beds when we needed 3! They never made the housekeeping of our room!
“Not that impressed....wouldnt go back”
its far from all parks and they have just one shuttle for hotel guests per day and the food of the buffet was regular ...but the food from the "bar" is good and service and rooms are ok, but thw main reason I wouldnt go back is because it's far from all parks (mostly universal and sea world) and if you dont rent a car your in kind of trouble cause taxis are expensive and there's no public transportation.
“Great place for the money and closeness to Disney attractions”
turned out that once we arrived, I realized that I had stayed here 8 years ago when I brought my son to his first Disney vacation. I am remarried and both my husband and I enjoyed ourselves and would definately go back. Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing as I felt it was too over priced and the food was warm or cold. Dinner at the bar was exceptional especially the wings. Service a little slow.........but didn't mind because of the food and John the manager in the bar. Nice place, will be visiting again on our next trip from Daytona Beach where we live.........so we will definately be going back.
“"Seen better days"”
The hotel breakfast was very expensive and tasted terrible. The pool was shut down on Friday night with no explanation. The rooms were dated and needed to be refurbished. The beds were surprisingly good. The refrigerator made a loud sound all night, though. We enjoyed the gardens around the pool.
