This place is amazing, especially if you have children. The arcade, the pools, firepit, activities. It's all very clean and the entire place is walkable. The kids wanted to stay here longer. Highly recommend.

During the first day, we had issues with door key not working. Staff/security arrived within 5 min of both issues to let us into our room and they replaced the lock and we had no other issues.

It is a typical time share resort. The staff was amazing and polite. The resort is easy for grocery and food delivery as well as rideshare pick up. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This property was very convenient for going to the Orlando theme parks. The bedding was comfortable and kitchen was fairly well stocked with kitchen tools. Clubhouse pizza and sandwiches were good and margaritas happy hour a great value. Pool restaurant was not great and value was terrible. Overall , the property was good and would definitely recommend.

The resort has a lot of amenities, but we were not notified of the major construction happening until just before the start of our trip (even though this is clearly a planned Reno and could have been communicated when we booked). As result, part of the kids pool area was closed as well as part of the larger pool. We also had issues at check in (the carpets were soaking wet) and called to ask for a fan or something but no one actually came. Called back in the morning and they said they would dispatch someone (?!). The area is amazing and the resort is likely beautiful when not undergoing major renovation.

Wish I had better things to say, but I will be honest. Upon arrival Lobby was in good condition and clean, arriving to our building was a different experience. The walls of the building are dirty, the floors were dirty, made you feel icky. Entering the room, immediately noticed the following, baseboards were full of dust and dirt, kitchen appliances were all stained with water marks, the entire condo smelled “muggy”, the dining table was damaged all over, bathrooms were okay… 6/10 in the cleaning department. During our stay we booked two condos, the second one was really bad… pubic hairs on all beds, large spiders in the rooms, smelled like mold, I could go on but I think you get the point. Again, I feel bad writing all this I had to be honest.

The property was huge and very close to designer outlets, seaworld, universal studios, Disney Springs and lots of restaurants. Indoor pool was great since we went around christmas. The rooms had modern decor, full kitchen, dishwasher & washer dryer which was great for our family. We stayed for 3 days for timeshare, then booked another 3 days same type room on my own. 1st room had a few issues the dishwasher had some sort of standing water which gave a foul smell, the slude door or deck didn't open, and the heat kept going up even after we adjusted thermostat. However, the staff was great switched us to a different building same type of room. That room was great, only issues the front door lock completely came off 1st day which was strange. Alerted the staff they fixed it and we had no further issues. I loved the 2 bedrooms one king bed, then other room two full sized beds. Each room had its own bathroom then a pull out coach in the living room. My kids loved the pool and game room. Great stay overall even with the maintenance issues and well worth the price. If we webt when it was warmer I'm sure we would use more amenities such as the outdoor pool. One thing they will not service your room unless you stay 6 connective days. However they will drop clean linens off daily in a large bag outside your room which was nice. One negative i don't like that checkout is 10am verses 11 or 12 in most places.

Room was amazing, spotless and huge! It was great that the room came fully equipped with many supplies . We were in a nice, quiet area overlooking the lake. The pools were huge, amazing, heated and very clean. There were many activities in the clubhouse for kids and the arcade was really good. We barbequed twice and they were very clean. I highly recommend this resort as it is huge, beautiful, clean, and the staff are very attentive. My family really loved it. Also the price was amazing for a family of 5. Just note the sales person for timeshares where they send you to get your parking pass was a bit too pushy and rude once we declined the seminar with freebies, questioned us too much. Otherwise highly recommend this resort!!!

This was supposed to be a resort. The people who checked me in did an excellent job. I was invited to do the tour of the property, and I felt like they were trying to rush me for an answer. They pride themselves on not being pushy. I did not appreciate this. Also, at 3 am, there were kids running loose in the building, knocking on people's doors, and this is also unacceptable.

The staff are great and friendly. The property is beautiful. Large swimming pool, loud music and activities. The room was clean and very spacious. The water pressure in the master bathroom sucks, the water pressure in the 2nd bathroom is normal. The beds are horribly hard. The tv clarity and reception are the worst I have seen. Can hear chair's scrapping across the floor and walking back and fourth from the unit above. The unit was functional but can tell somethings are dated, the dryer did not even have a lint tray.
