“I would go bank if the get more confortable mattresses”

Everything was great, except that both beds in my room were horribly uncomfortable. I don't know if it was wear and tear or the mattresses needed to be changed, but I had horrible back pains after the week stay. Oh and the ACs didnt cool as well as expected.

“I will definitely stay here again.”

The people that work at this hotel are extremely helpful and very friendly. Even when we left the hotel at 4 in the morning the security guard there checked to see that we were getting in with a safe taxi driver.

Orlando, because it's close to Disney World.

When to go

Wet n' Wild is right down the block. Very convenient. Diseny world is about 20 mins away from the hotel.

What to pack

Pack a swimsuit. The pool is awesome.

Shopping

Orlando premium outlets is about 15 mins away from the hotel on international dr.

“Good Hotel Great Service”

Good overall hotel.Great Service and attention. Only observation was that the air conditioning was noisy sometimes. Besides, everything was fine. Good location also, close to parks and malls.

“Just Okay”

The hotel wasn't bad, I've seen worse....the parking sucks, the hotel itself just wasn't appealing. The room was ok, but clearly there was some sort of leak in the bathroom from the bathroom above us that wasn't repaired properly. The room was updated, didn't smell weird or anything, I just didn't care for it.

“comfy beds, nice room and great tv!”

I found this hotel to be nicely priced for the comfortable beds, large tv and ample room size. PLus fridge was great! clean bathroom lots of large towels and nice hot tube. Breakfast was very good. would go back. except i would bring my own coffee didnt care for their brand.

“Not impressed; recommend only for its proximity to Universal. Shuttle service excellent!”

Stayed there for 4 nights and each night cleanliness got less attention. Opened the sheets on the first night to see a long black hair. Next night a small wood fragment?? Third night, a few less clean towels and a dirty bathroom floor. Stray hairs on the ceiling too. The restaurant was mediocre at best. Salad had bad tomatoes. Breakfast Sunday morning was a buffett...our only choice. The small cafe offered sandwiches but the person behind the counter said she had no meat today so I had to buy the premade ham sandwich that had brown lettuce. We didn't have a car so we were hungry and at their mercy. We were there to see Universal. Hot tub/pool was nice.

What to pack

healthy snacks...the food is unhealthy at the park and the hotel.
