Convenient location for business and meetings around town, property could use some renovation Staff was very attentive and friendly A lot of families around that area, due to the proximity to Universal , Sea World , Orlando area theme parks Would return for next time for business

Saved the day with last minute reservation via Expedia in the middle of Spring Break. Good location, good staff. Liked the fact that is had charging stations for electric cars.

Hotel that does the job for a short break

Posted 26-Mar-2015
Pros: Ease of stay and location
Cons: Decor in hotel and rooms are a bit dated
Location: Mentioned above, best thing truly is it's proximity to Universal, Wet n Wild and the stuff on International Drive
I went for a short 5 day break for my partners birthday and wanted a place close to Universal Studios and International Drive. This totally ticks those boxes, you can walk to Universal in 20 minutes (we did it once as we missed the shuttle bus), and it's literally opposite Wet n Wild and International Drive. I can't comment on the pool facilities, shop or restaurant as we didn't use these but they looked good. Check in and out was quick and easy and I like the fact there is a desk dedicated to Universal Studios with staff there that can answer any question.

HOTEL NEAR UNIVERSAL

Posted 23-Mar-2015
We decided to stay at this hotel one night while we visited Universal Studios. The location of the hotel to Universal was the reason we chose this hotel. We arrived at 2:00 pm (a couple of hours before the normal check-in time of 4:00 pm). Unfortunately this hotel had been fully booked for a couple of days leading up to our visit and the hotel cleaning staff were running behind. We were told that they would rush the room for us. Our room finally came ready at 4:00 pm. We had purchased a 2 double bed room with breakfast package through expedia. Upon check-in, we were told that we would have to pay for breakfast. After some investigation, they agreed to give us our breakfast. When we finally got to our room, the room key wouldn't work so we had to go back to the front desk and get it fixed. In the end, they actually had booked us into a king bed suite rather than a 2 double bed room but we were so exhausted from the wait that we were afraid we would have to wait longer if we asked to change rooms. It was an upgrade, but really wasn't the room we were hoping for as it was myself and my teenage daughter travelling. We were told at check-out that the sofa was a pull-out but that wasn't what we booked - if we had wanted a king size bed, we would have booked it - my daughter is tall and sofa beds aren't usually very comfortable for her. Overall, we were very disappointed with this hotel stay and do not plan to return to this hotel

Descent hotel, clean and comfortable.

Hotel room was cleaned everyday and quite comfortable. Breakfast was self serve but good although we had to pay for it. (The TV adds I've seen say always free breakfast and hi speed internet). The only downs were the Internet was not that great and the heated pool was very cold.

Great

Posted 21-Mar-2015
Pros: I like the room because it's clean, comfortable and very cozy.
Location: It's near universal and right beside wet and wild. If you don't like to eat at the hotel, there are places you can walk and eat.
We stayed for 3 nights. It is near universal studio. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room is great. It is clean and very cozy. We use the jacuzzi which is very good.

Reine touristenabsteige

Posted 18-Mar-2015

You won`t get what you reserved

Posted 16-Mar-2015
Pros: 2 hot tubs
Cons: Everything!
Location: 5 minute drive to Universal
I made reservations 4 months in advance for a room with 2 double beds. We had a late flight, and did not arrive at the hotel until around 1:30am. The room we were given was a king bed with a fold out couch. My kids were tired, so we took the room with the understanding we could check out of that room and get the double beds the second night. The fold out couch was quite literally a bed of springs with a thin covering of material over top. I didn`t sleep the whole night. As we were spending the next day at Universal it was too inconvenient to pack up and move to another room, so the second night I asked for 3 blankets so that I could put them over top of the spring mattress. The room had windows only at the top 2 feet of the wall, so all you could see outside was the air conditioning unit. It was like staying in someone`s basement apartment. I highly doubt every room was booked, so where was the room I reserved???
