“EXCELLENT HOTEL AND STAFF.”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 20 days in november and we found it to be one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We were made very welcome by all staff and the room and service was top class. The free continental breakfast was very good and the free internet connection was brilliant, we can't reccomend this hotel highly enough, and look forward to visiting there again in the future .

“Basic but clean & good location”

Hotel is easy to find, just of Exit 4 of the B-line expressway (15mins from airport) Rooms are Ok - basic, but has everythin you need. Located on a busy main road, but this wasn't a concern Handy gas station and 7/11 30sec walk from the hotel for drinks, fuel, etc. Plenty of food places (especially longhorn steak house!) within 5min drive 15mins from Disney and Universal, 45mins from Kennedy Space Centre Great base for a holiday Free breakfast included - basic, but set's you up for the day Free WiFi and 2 PC's provided for internet access in the lobby. Handy if you want some last minute directions! All staff very friendly and helpful Would recommend this place if you are on a budget, or want to save your money for other things (park tickets, shopping, etc)

Hallway & stairs never seemed to get hoovered, but rm was what it said it would be & looked like pictures.Breakfast was the same every day, except on the days when they ran out of everything! Staff were friendly & helpful. Would stay again, as was good value for money

This hotel is definately not a tourist resort, its a simple hotel, clean enough with friendly and helpful staff and a fairly convenient location. The room was prepared well for us and Maria the receptionist siad she would give us a better room as we were there for 2 weeks. The rooms are serviced every day with fresh towels so thats a definate bonus, TV, microwave and filter coffee are all in the room. As a base for our holiday it was very good, there was a nice pool, although we didnt use it. A couple of really major downsides however, if like us you are located on the side of the hotel that runs parallel to the railway line you are in for a noisy stay at around 5 am some mornings. This is a freight line and by heck you can hear them come past your room. Towards the end of the two weeks there was also an influx of people arrive and the hotel next door seemed to 'host' a loud music night which disturbed us. The 'business centre' was just a couple fo computers but was nice to be able to catch up with people and post photo's on facebook. The laundry facilities in the hotel were useful, good to freshen some of your clothes up for the rest of your holiday. The breakfasts were nice enough, a surprise to us as we didnt think it was included, even being served in polystyrene dishes didnt put us off. Overall I can say this is not an unpleasant hotel, and I would perhaps stay again if I was travelling to Orlando again.

“Good, basic hotel.”

For a budget hotel this place was pretty good. Big room with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Close to Florida Mall - you could walk there if you wanted to (probably take 20 mins) and plenty of restaurants, fast food chains, etc, close by. The biggest flaw with the place was the noise. The hotel is right next to a railway line and a level crossing. Have a look on Google Maps. 1st night the freight train went by at 5am, the second night there were three around 2am! Trains sound their horn when crossing the road! It's not a big thing, if you can get back to sleep, but annoying all the same. I probably wouldn't want to be there with kids. Oh, and the gym is OK for aerobic exercise, but only the bike and cross trainer work. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus, there's some good Orlando guides for free at reception, most of which have money off vouchers inside.
