Special Check-In Instructions

Guests must check in at the offices of American Vacation Homes in Orlando at 12211 Regency Village Drive, Suite 12, then travel to their vacation home, located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World® Resort.
Office hours are Monday-Saturday from 8:30 AM - 7 PM. Guests arriving after 7 PM or on Sunday will find a packet in the lock box, located at the office entrance. Guests should contact the office for instructions to open the lock box by using the phone number received in the confirmation email after booking via this We site.
Guests must report to the office on the next working day to complete registration.
A mandatory cleaning fee is charged at check-in for stays less than five nights. Heated pools are only available in select accommodations. To request pool heat, guests must contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

The 250 American Vacation Homes and villas are located within a 20-mile radius of Walt Disney World® Resort. Homes are individually owned and decorated. All properties include full kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, and cable TV.

Other amenities include separate sitting areas, washers and dryers, and private, screened splash pools (homes) or community splash pools (villas). All homes have fresh linens and towels, and include private garages. Parking is complimentary. Smoking is not allowed.

“Not impressed”

I thought to have a good well maintained villa, but found the following: The heater of the private pool not present inspire I paid for the service. I found a vomit not clean on the carpet of a bed room. I found a carbage in the garaj included fermented beer bottles from previous geust.

“nothing like the verbal description or pictures, terrible disappointment”

promised 3 king beds, got 2 doubles and a bunk bed without a viable mattress. Filthy.

“american vacation homes”

this rental house was in a very crowded neighborhood, houses with zero lot lines; the neighborhood was lively and at times loud; the streets were always busy with traffic (this is inside subdivision streets, not highways or leaders streets). the carpeting was filthy pretty much throughout; however where there was tile, it was clean; and the rest of the home was clean. while the pool was okay, it was very small and the grassy area beyond it was 1/2 dirt with no landscaping features. the dryer was missing knobs which made doing laundry a problem. overall this was not a good selection.

it was an okay location to disney world, and to universal studios.
